Although it came as a bit of a shock to find out our mum had a plan through Distinct Cremations, I can now understand why they took this plan out. Everything was handled with a profession manner and in a sensitive way, the staff were extremally helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. Although you don't get to have a crematorium service, we have family who live abroad, and getting everybody to attend at the same time would have proved very difficult. So, we waited for the ashes to be returned and arranged a wake at a time that suited the vast majority of the family. The fact that two of my siblings are now considering this type of arrangement speaks volumes. Distinct Cremations was a positive experience for our family.

Distinct Cremation have been thoroughly professional and respectful throughout our experience with them. At a time when you are experiencing great loss and need as much support as possible they are there with you every step of the way, without the intrusive element that you get with funeral directors. They got every part of our service just right. I would highly recommend this company and will be forever grateful for how they looked after my beloved Mum.

A couple of weeks ago I arranged mine and my husband' s cremations with Distinct Cremations. Spoke to Tracey who explained everything fully and took me through the procedure of our cremation plans. All of my questions were answered in detail in a professional and kind manner. I did have further questions after taking out our direct cremation plans and spoke to different staff at Distinct Cremation and all were very kind and caring and put my concerns at ease. I did receive a follow up courtesy call to make sure paper work had arrived and everything was to our satisfaction.

I chose Distinct Cremations, because when my mum was in palliative care, I did some online enquiries and they were the only company that phoned me back, to discuss what I might need. When my mum passed away, I contacted them in the early hours of the morning and they arranged for mum to be collected and taken to one of their funeral directors straight away, as she was at home. The 2 men from the funeral directors were lovely and dealt with everything quickly and respectfully. All the people I spoke to at DC were lovely, they were professional, caring and kind, without being condescending. From start to finish, they were brilliant. Sarah was my contact and was so nice, she kept me up to date on everything by phone, chatted to me about my mum and made me feel that they would look after my mum during the direct cremation, that we had decided on. Afterwards, she phoned to tell me when mum’s ashes would be returned to us, which happened within a week. The man who brought them was lovely too.
I cannot recommend Distinct Cremations, their lovely people and their funeral directors highly enough. They made a sad and difficult time so much easier.

A young lady called Leah, led my through the process with reasssurance, kindness and professionalism. All of my questions were answered fully, everything explained in detail and all
of my requests were met. 10 days later I received a phone call to make sure the paper work had arrived, that everything was correct and to check if I had any further questions . Exemplary customer service.
I would not hesitate to recommend Distinct Cremations to anyone wanting to plan their funerals at a very reasonable cost.

Very pleased to recommend this company. A difficult subject was made much easier to organise with the help of a very caring lady via a phone call.
Within 30 minutes everything was arranged for my husband and I and the funeral plans arrived in the post a few days later.
A follow up call a week later was also welcome , just to check all was correct in the plan.

After researching various companies I recently decided to sign up with Distinct Cremations for a payment plan for myself and am very satisfied with my choice. Communication and information was excellent and the staff I spoke with on more than one occasion were very polite, courteous and professional, answering all my questions.

Dealing with distinct cremations was simple and easy.Nathan was very helpful. Took out prepaid plan good price and quick and easy to do.

My step-father, who recently passed away, had a pre-paid funeral plan with Distinct Cremations.
Maxine, our coordinator, was so caring and compassionate. She guided us and offered support from the time my step-father passed away, to the days leading up to his funeral.
