My Mum’s funeral was complicated and at a time when I was very low I phoned Distinct Cremations. I can honestly say that any worries I had were taken off my shoulders from the first phone call with a lady called Sarah. The whole process was dealt with empathy and kindness I can’t thank them enough.

I used Distinct Cremations back in March when my mother died and again recently when my dad died and I have to say apart from the prices being incredibly competitive, this service is exceptional. The person looking after me this time was Kerry and she was sympathetic, considerate, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly for me. I can't recommend Distinct Cremations enough.

Would thoroughly recommend them, helpful, friendly and understanding.

From start to finish, the help and support over the phone when talking to various Distinct employees, the level of service was faultless. We are very grateful to all employees concerned, especially Alice and Kerry who were so helpful and nice.

Everything was great and Kerry in particular was perfect for me as the daughter navigating this process. Her emotional intelligence was exactly what was needed to pitch her support and personal interaction with me as an individual. Every other person encountered was lovely and supportive. We stuck with our mothers wishes but there are opportunities to add to the services etc but no hard sell, just options presented. Though unattended (as that is what my mum wanted) the personal touches that were part of what was already purchased were lovely. The option she chose took away the stress of a traditional cremation service and we are still having a wake to remember and celebrate her. Thank you Kerry and team x

Mum and I discussed this option and she paid for it ahead of time as she knew it was a terminal illness. I got copies of all the paperwork. When the day came it’s a simple phone call and then they make all the arrangements. You are kept updated and informed at each step. Even on the return of the ashes, they are supportive and friendly and open to questions.excellent

I used Distinct last year for my father's cremation. They made it all so simple with a friendly caring attitude that when my mother died this year I immediately chose them again. I wasn't dissapointed, great service as always.

I used Distinct cremations to pre plan for the future and recently decided to do the same for my parents as they are both poorly I think it's easier to plan ahead than when you are grieving a loved one. The lady on the phone was fantastic explaining everything it was a smooth transaction and even had a courtesy call a few days later to make sure all the plans had arrived and everything was okay. Distinct Cremations from start to finish were very professional. Leading up to the day my dad passed,to receiving his ashes at the end. There were very empathetic and also the Funeral company that took my dad's body away for cremation. At first when my dad chose Distinct, I was skeptical, but it was my dad's wishes. If anyone is looking to have a simple funeral,I would certainly recommend Distinct,and also thank Kerry who handled our case all the way through. What I liked was that the gentleman that collected my dad,was the same gentleman who returned his ashes,again very empathetic and professional. Thank you all again.

Clear, concise information.

From the moment my mum passed away until the moment we collected her ashes, the customer service was brilliant. We were given a dedicated Funeral Director ( Kerry Ludlow) who was always just a call away for any questions or concerns we had with the arrangements of my mums cremation. She guided us through the whole experience with, kindness, empathy and compassion. We will always be grateful for all the help and support we were given at such a difficult time.

I was a little nervous talking to someone about my own funeral plans, but was pleasantly surprised at how I was put at ease and there would always be someone at the end of the phone should I need further information.

I saw the TV ad, gave them a ring, and had a nice conversation with “Sharon.”
She explained every aspect of the process while answering all my questions - without pressing for commitment. The next day, having researched a few other companies, I opted for Distinct. It wasn’t a difficult decision.
Besides, if it’s good enough for Sue Cook, it’ll do for me.
