From the start distinct were kind, sympathetic and professional. I would recommend them to anybody.

The representative idealt with Sarah was a complete star, took me very simply and gently through the whole process

We had a lady called Maxine who helped us through our difficult time of loosing our mum/wife, from the moment we called she was helpful, understanding and really considerate with what we was going through. Maxine was so lovely and helpful spoke about every step and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou Maxine for making this emotional time a little more easier for us all

Having recently used Distinct Cremations for my wife's funeral and been completely satisfied with the care and attention given then I had no hesitation in signing up for a plan for myself. The procedure was simplicity itself and I am now secure in the knowledge that all will be handled in a very caring and respectful manner.

From the time of purchasing the package to the final return has been a seamless experience. Communication has been second to none, handled with care and sympathy throughout. I was kept informed at every step of the way. The option to have available a video tribute was unexpected and so very welcome. It was put together beautifully. I cannot express my thanks enough in every aspect of this "service" The team especially Sarah has been truly amazing Thank you all for the offer of support, help and professionalism you have provided throughout.

Amazing service from start to finish , they made me feel like my dad was being cared for from the moment I rang them so respectful and helpful I spoke to a lady called Maxine who was amazing and a young lady called libby delivered my dads ashes she was amazing so respectful and kind ,everyone was amazing I would highly recommend this service to anyone

My father had arranged in advance for this service so we knew all was as he wished it to be. What took me by surprise was just how kind and caring it was. To have one person to contact ( thank you Maxine) who checked and advised all along was wonderful and made the whole process less upsetting. I felt that Dad's remains were treated with respect and we were supported throughout. We have received his ashes and will go on to make our own arrangements with those.

From the minute I telephoned I felt comfortable, cared for and confident in the person (Sarah) taking the call. There was no pressure but the plan was explained clearly and any questions I had answered in a way that assured me that Direct Cremations was the answer to my needs.

My mother in law passed away recently and she was very clear that she did not want a service so we approached Distinct Cremations. They couldn't have been more amazing throughout a very tough time. I was looked after by Kerry who was completely empathetic throughout, she was efficient, kept me fully informed and was so kind in her approach and phoned to check how things were going. My mother in laws ashes were delivered to us this week by a very smartly dressed man who again, was so respectful and kind. Kerry has just phoned me to check all went well and to ask if I had any questions. I couldn't recommend them more for looking after our loved one and us, so well.

I would like to say that Distinct cremations really done a great and easy service in dealing with the death of my loved one.
They made a very sad and difficult time somewhat easier if that is the right way to explain it.
From the start they were 100% when I wanted them in the handling with my mams passing.
I personally want to thank Sarah miller for everything she does in detail with dealing with the loss of a loved one. I know it’s a persons job to deal with the bereaved family but Sarah was so kindhearted and supportive in every way. Thank you so much for Sarah for being there for me.
Everything went to plan with the crematorium and after with the return of my mams ashes.

Sarah is absolutely brilliant. She explained everything,made sure i knew exactly what i was signing and promised to ring again in a fortnight to make sure ive received all documentation. Highly recommend.

Everyone at Distinct Cremations has been professional, courteous, and, most of all, understanding.
They carried out our wishes exactly as we wanted when my wife died suddenly and kept in touch throughout.
I have now arranged my own funeral, and the consideration and respect have been excellent.

Used them for my wife's funeral. Kerry was aboutslty fantastic. She handel every thing. Kept me informed about everything i had to do. Very professional and caring. Even when the ashes returned by the company. All was done perfectly. Couldn't ask for anything else. They are truly professional and caring. Nothing was to much for Kerry. Thanks for your help.
