Twice I have been promised my purchase would be delivered. First was lost, second no communication then told I wouldn’t get a refund until the parcel which is LOST gets sent back to you. JOKE

Poor quality and service
Had to wait as ordered delayed, then when it arrived, both boxes were missing parts so could not finish building. In addition the quality of the item was not good - rail was very unsteady. Contacted Customer Service, who asked for photos which were sent, but have now heard nothing back from them.

It was great until it arrived
It was great until it arrived, then there were parts missing and i then had to send photos to prove i was being honest. The parts missing was the tightening screws in both boxes. i had to send two lots of pics as the first one was too to see, i then phoned up to try and resolve the problem. The value of the screws is minimal and they are very small yet they arrived in a 10X6X6 inch box . The product is very good but the customer service was very poor and if a customer phones up to say that the screws are missing put 4 in a padded envelope and just send it . I felt you did not believe me.

Very happy with my purchase. Bought a clothes rail. This was my third attempt after buying rails from 2 other companies and them breaking right away. This one is strong and good quality. Really reasonably priced and was delivered within couple days. Would definitely use Displaysense again.
