Not very impressed to be honest
I was so excited when my wife bought me the 1000mm wall cabinet as a special birthday treat.
Unfortunately I needed to contact the company regarding the fit of the glass doors, and despite jumping through numerous hoops I was informed the doors not fitting flushly is quite normal and that the lock at the top will pull/bend the doors into place. None of this was mentioned beforehand and struck me as very poor for what was punted as a high quality wall unit.
The reply I got stated ‘fitting the lock, seals the unit to limit dust getting in,’ which is a joke as there are 8mm gaps at each end anyway, which leaves a small gap in the middle = lots of room for dust to get in.
I never mentioned that the glass shelves are barely long enough, or that the base board only just fits and a wrong move will see it fall out. I’m now making a new baseboard that will fit in place correctly.
I should also mention that there is zero adjustment available on the wall plate fixings. Best get it 100% level or you’ve had it. Even budget friendly kitchen cupboards are adjustable! It also ends up proud at the top and touching at the wall at the bottom edge so you will need to pack it out at the bottom to level it. And no, there is no adjustment available to pull the top in once hung!
I could go on, but what is the point? I should have read all the poor reviews to start with, and there are plenty enough of them. In another room I have Ikea units and they are perfect, but, they didn’t offer a wall cabinet the size I wanted.
To sum up; this unit for a smidge under £400 is a ‘Harrods’ price for a poorly designed flat packed unit. Still, once a fool always a fool I suppose :(

I am really sorry to read this. A cabinet chosen as a special birthday gift should have been a pleasure to put up and use, and instead it has caused you a great deal of frustration, so I do understand why you feel let down. I am also sorry that the help you had the first time round left you feeling brushed off. That is not how we want anyone to be treated.
I would genuinely like to put this right, and the most useful next step would be for us to review your cabinet in detail. The baseboard and the shelf supports should fit correctly, so if yours are not sitting as they should be, that is something we want to look at and sort for you, not something you should be rebuilding yourself.
For a little background on the doors, the lock at the top is supplied as standard and is part of how the glass doors are designed to close and sit in position, and the hinges do need a small gap to each side in order to open and close. It works a little differently to a standard cupboard, so I can see how it caught you out, and it should have been explained to you far better than it was.

I am sure they are ok when things work…
I am sure they are ok when things work - but terrible when things don't.
Order said delivered - but we don't have it.
Tired to call, went through a series of automated questions, none that were relevant, and then it cut me off. Eventually spoke to a human, who said we have to email, no number to call for this sort of thing.
Emailed and got the automated reply stating that they aim to get back withing 24hrs, and the help links on that email don't even work.
Typical example of a company that operates in a manner that suits them, with little to no care of how it serves their customer.
Half an hour of my working day I've wasted on this now.

Not impressed with the quality…
Not impressed with the quality considering the price! Nothing lines up completely square. There’s a few marks on the aluminium frame and the instructions do not match the cabinet I purchased. Overall, disappointing, expensive and poor quality.

Very disappointed with the after-sales…
Very disappointed with the after-sales support. We contacted the supplier to request replacement screws for a high-cost lectern, as they were missing from the original packaging, only to be told the model is now discontinued and no compatible parts are available.
While we understand products evolve, it is unreasonable that such basic components cannot be provided for what was a high-value purchase. Even more frustrating was the suggestion to purchase a completely new unit instead of offering a practical solution.
As a charity, this lack of support is extremely disappointing. We would not recommend this supplier.

If a replacement set of screws was something we could genuinely send to you, we would most certainly do that, but in all honesty we do not operate a spare parts service.
Designs over the years change, and especially in instances where many years have passed, since the production of parts in retirement, from 6 years ago. For a product like this with fasteners, somewhere like Screwfix should be able to inexpensively match fixings to your product.
It’s with regret that we have not been able to resolve this for you directly.

Fantastic product and customer service

It’s exactly what the company say it is. It looks good it’s strong and it holds my thumb’s ridiculously large wardrobe.

Display stand I ordered was exactly what I wanted
I needed to replace a rather flimsy stand which had broken. The display stand I ordered was exactly what I wanted.
It is very sturdy and does the job exceedingly well. It was not difficult to assemble.

We are quite disappointed with the display cabinet as the shelf fitments are not as stable and strong as we would like and the seals do not easily adhere.
The instructions are printed in such a small font that its very difficult to read too.

The order process was quick and simple. Product arrived quickly and well packaged. But.... although the item looks good it doesn't feel very sturdy so in all honesty I am a little bit disappointed. Sorry! The expectations were quite high.

Poor quality
Product arrived damaged, and looked very much like a previous return. Website says that their telephone number is "here to assist you right away" between 9am and 5pm; that's a lie. It is not possible to speak to a human being about a faulty product; you have to email them. Apparently their help centre is staffed by "real humans" who provide "quick answers" (that's the wording on their website).
Email sent, with a reply a few minutes later from the "Displaysense AI Agent", just to tell me the matter would be escalated. As far as I'm aware, an AI Agent doesn't count as a "real human" providing a "quick answer"?!
When it comes to the product itself, apart from the damage, it's extremely expensive for what it is. The materials look and feel like Ikea (only much more lightweight and flimsy); given the high price point I expected much better quality. Pretty lucky that it arrived damaged, as I don't think this thing would stand up to daily use in a busy commercial setting.
All told, product quality is below expected and customer service is not as advertised. When I did start getting emails from a real human, and I requested a refund due to the damage, my request was initially refused as the damage "didn't affect functionality or safety". Seemingly it didn't matter that the item had a chunk missing from the front of it!
They did offer a tiny partial refund, which I immediately rejected. When I threatened to initiate a chargeback via my bank, they immediately agreed to a full refund.
My opinion is to avoid this firm at all costs.
EDIT: Just to clarify, from the Company's response, a full refund was not offered or available until I quoted consumer law and threatened to initiate a chargeback. Their response is entirely misleading, so take from that what you will....

To clarify the resolution process: when damage is reported, our team assesses the issue based on the information provided. In some cases, customers prefer to keep an item with cosmetic damage and accept a partial refund, which is why this option is sometimes discussed first. A full refund was always available should the customer wish not to keep the item, and this was ultimately the option chosen and agreed.
All after-sales cases are reviewed by real members of our customer service team. We use an AI-supported triage system to acknowledge enquiries quickly and ensure they are routed to the correct department without delay, particularly so supporting images or video can be reviewed accurately. This system does not replace human decision-making.
Our telephone lines are dedicated to sales and pre-purchase enquiries. For after-sales matters, written contact allows us to properly assess reported issues and provide the correct resolution. We understand this approach may not suit everyone and will continue to review how this is communicated.
We regret that this experience led you to feel unable to recommend us, but we did ensure the matter was resolved in line with our refunds process and that a full refund was provided.

5 stars read before you buy
This white 5ft double rail has solved my storage problems
I have hung over 175 items of clothing including heavy coats
I put the rail together alone in 5 mins.
I will add that I had an issue tightening the middle screw as I didn’t have the strength and the middle bar didn’t hold , but after getting help from a friend who tightened it with the right tool … that bar is going nowhere and there is an awful lot of weight on it.
Before I bought it I looked at the reviews to see if it was possible to fit long items coats / dresses while leaving space above for shorter items. So the answer is Yes…
Delivery .. on time .. super efficient driver, didn’t just dump the parcel when I wasn’t in and came back later to make sure I received it on time.
I work in the fashion industry these are suitable for home and shop/ warehouse.
Easy to reach customer service.
Definitely recommend

Alright but surely can get better for price
Looks ok when put together.
Few marks and chips on paintwork.
Low quality for the high price in my opinion, IKEA level quality for John Lewis price.
Rattly and flimsy when touched.
Instructions not great, but get there in the end after a bit of head scratching.
For a grand, I was expecting better.
Update - spot lights just get screwed directly into frame channels no proper female connection, a few of them threaded on do no this and now can’t tighten so just hand loose, rubbish.
