Shipped Update Was False, Delivery Instructions Ignored
I placed my order on 2 March and received an update on 6 March confirming it had been shipped. A week later, on 12 March, I chased for an update and was told the item was actually not in stock — despite the earlier “shipped” notification.
I followed up again on 13 March and was told it would be dispatched on Monday the 16th. As we were going to be away, I specifically asked for delivery to be delayed until the 23rd, which was confirmed and they were happy about. Unfortunately, the item was still delivered on the 17th and left outside the house while we were on holiday.
I’m giving 2 stars only because the goods did eventually arrive, but the communication and handling of the order were very poor.

OK but not brilliant
I ordered two rails - 1 6ft single and 1 double 5ft to take shorter garments. The 6ft one is fine. The 5ft double one arrived with instructions for a single rail but that's OK- there are videos to show how to erect it BUT the frame is twisted slightly so all 4 wheels don't touch the ground at once. I took it apart and swapped the ends which made it a bit better, but one wheel is still an inch or so off the ground. When loaded with clothes, the frame straightens enough for all 4 wheels to touch the ground, so it's OK but the quality is not as good as it could be. From a functional point of view, both rails are very good.
