So impressed with my recent purchase. Plant arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Will definitely buy from this company again excellent customer service.

Highly recommend DirectPlants. Packaging is exemplary. NONE of this sticking too many plants in a box. My order was split into 2 boxes and they taped pots together. Plus the use of a plastic bag to stop soil from spilling in transit. Always end up sweeping up after other company's. I was kept updated throughout my order. Top delivery service. Shrubs ordered are well established, none of this smallest shrub ever. This made me reorder further shrubs. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Big Thank You indeed. Keep up the good work

Great quality plants and great value. I was doubtful at first as I didn't get any communication after the initial order confirmation but pleased to say that within 5 days I had my plants. They were packaged really well so in great condition when they arrived. Even got a bonus shrub for free as my order was over £50. Would definitely recommend Direct Plants.

I ordered a Rowan and Mahonia. They arrived carefully and thoughtfully packed in the same package which was over 6' tall to accommodate the Rowan. Both plants were in excellent condition.
Delivery driver was on time polite and helpful.
This is the first time I have used Directplants and it won't be the last.

Very easy to order and I was kept informed until delivery which is reassuring. Delivery was much quicker than expected and the almond tree hadn’t suffered at all. I would definitely use this company again, very happy customer.

Absolutely beautiful plants/ trees delivered. Highly recommend direct plants for an overall easy experience. From purchase to delivery everything was great. My plant delivery came in great time and the plant conditions were perfect.

Directplants deliver. Bamboo arrived when stated it would be. It was very well packaged, Pot wrapped in a plastic bag and watered, then placed in a very sturdy big box, well it was 6ft tall. When opened it was in perfect condition. The free plant that came with my Bamboo, (spend over £50) was a nice addition. A good company to buy from. I am a very happy customer.

Delivery was prompt and we were kept informed of delivery time and date.

A minor complaint was that out of 36 mature plants 34 were well rooted but two had obviously been only placed in 3litre pots shortly before shipping and hadn't developed roots requiring such a pot size.

Avoid at all costs. We ordered the Pineapple Broom seven days ago. Delivery was promised within 5 days but no tree. Emailed company, no response. They never answer the phone. Not a way for a company to operate in the 21st century. Customer service is appalling

Plants were delivered as expected and all very good healthy looking privet.
Also good communication and information given before buying from staff.

The packing was very good, it kept the plants from breaking on the way home.
The plants were in excellent condition. I was very pleased with the plants and the price. I would definitely use Directplants again.

Extremely good service from ordering online to delivery - which was to the Isle of Wight, where other companies wouldn't do.
