Great price on cherry laurel hedging plants. Delivery was very fast. Plants were as described and in perfect condition.

Great service - from placing my order to delivery took 3 working days, and the plants - Laurels & Pyracantha, were all in excellent conditions and all good size and shape. I contacted them prior to placing my order and they respond promptly with detailed reply.

Awful diseased plant.. it was an expensive golden gage plum tree..vovered in mould...I emailed them the images to ask for a refund and was told they couldn't open the files?!? So no resolution and no refund..this is no way to treat a customer.

My plants arrived safely and securely packaged. Extremely happy with the health and quality of all 12 trees and a bonus free shrub. Would highly recommend in fact I'm ordering more plants from them 😊

This is my third order with Direct Plants. My first order was a Serbian Quince, beautiful tree who now on third year produces nice quinces. Second order was for a Ceanothus, evergreen regardless of what season is, too hot or too freezing, my Ceanothus is always full of blue flowers. Butterflies, bees and bumblebees are always at home in my garden, and the flowers smell like honey. I love it. It's the piece of attraction in my front garden and always admired by passers by. My last acquisition was a Moorpark Apricot that I've just received it two days ago. It's got already its own place in the garden amongst other fruits trees, and I can't wait in the next years to have my own apricots picked from a tree from my own garden. As for the seller, I highly recommend their products. Their trees have always arrived very prompt, very healthy looking, wrapped carefully and delivered without any issues. For every order placed I received a free plant. Last free plant I received with my Apricot is ( surprise!) a little Ceanothus. It's like the baby of the already established and much admired Ceanothus in my front garden. Whilst the big Ceanothus is straight in middle of my garden, this little one sits now in a corner of my garden, so when it grows and starts showing the blue flowers, everyone who walks past will enjoy the nice honey like fragrance. We have now had 50 Cherry laurels. The plants were really well packed and all arrived in good health. We are really pleased with the quality of both the plants and service.

Very disappointed with Direct Plants. Customer service showed zero interest in helping when advertised website discounts were not honored.

To make matters worse, half my order was wrong or mislabeled:

Received a white-flowering Crataegus instead of the pink 'Rosea Flore Pleno' ordered.

The "Extra Large" Dwarf Lilacs were tiny, and one wasn't even a dwarf lilac.

Received a standard regular Walnut tree bald stick instead of the Patio Dwarf version ordered.

Save yourself the headache and buy your plants from a more reliable nursery.

Great package, very good tracking service and most importantly a very healthy plant was delivered.
