Easy ordering easy payment system fairly good selection of plants at a reasonable price delivery average quality very good but most important packed well not as so. Any other company's I st cram plants in the box direct plants pack boxes corectly

Delayed response. Missed out on buying in bulk from other providers for them only to get back to me after a week that they did not have the full quantity ordered.

I ordered a dwarf cherry tree and tbh I wasn’t expecting much. It didn't take long for the tree to arrive. DX did a brilliant job with delivery and when I unboxed my tree it exceeded my expectations! Green, full and simply gorgeous. I will return for more.

Unfortunately after being a customer for a good few years and spending 0000's I'll not be buying from direct plants again. Still in the process of trying to obtain replacement for a missing fruit tree and spending hours on the phone chasing DX I'm still no further forward. Direct Plants communication (wh n it rarely happens) has become meaningless and non-commital. My next step is to dispute my order through visa to get my money back.
A message to Direct Plants. You're causing your customers unnecessary stress and your communications(when they happen) are empty promises!!
