To my door in one click! Ordered two 1/2 standard trees and they were delivered very quickly via DHL. Unfortunately, one of the plants dispatched was the wrong plant, but once customer service was emailed they quickly arranged for the correct plant to be shipped. This quick and professional customer service to put things right is sometimes a rarity these days, and is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Cottage Border plants - Amazing service, delivery and very healthy plants.
Plants arrived yesterday after only ordering on Thursday evening - I was mega impressed with this. All arrived beautifully individually packaged and labelled with 8 in a box. I had 3 boxes. All potted in 9cm pots with well established roots and looking very healthy. We planted straight away and now looking forward to our Cottage Border to bloom. Highly recommend and will be ordering again for my patio. Thank you

Winter plants
Plants arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Months later they are still blooming...I've never seen such big flowering pansies.

There customer service was impeccable and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

I ordered 3 lupins which 1 was very weak and soon died another died soon after and the last one is doing well. I also had 3 Echinaceas which were very small but they are still to small to plant out and are taken in at night to protect from frost.So I was not pleased with quality or cost and will not be ordering from you again.

Alot of the 9cm plants i purchased were damaged the few little bits of growth that were there had all snapped so now just stems remain hopefully they grow back we'll see

If we had received a photo of the damage, we would have looked into this straight away for you. As noted on our packing slip, we do ask that any concerns are raised with us before planting so we can resolve them as quickly as possible.

Disappointing. Avoid!
I spent a fair amount of money on a purchase of several plants for the spring. Disappointed. An online company that should be quick and easy to get a refund was anything but. My Mint plant that was supposed to be 1.5l was about 2cm and I found it at the bottom of the box out of its pot, I nearly threw it away as it was so small to see, I thought it was a leaf off another plant. That cost me £10. No refund given as they expected me to pay the postage to return it (hardly anything to return so that's ridiculous in itself) and why should I have to go to the effort of packing it and going to a post office.
Won't use again, and I advise you not to either!

I’m really sorry to read your review, however I do feel there has been some confusion here that I’d like to clarify.
When you contacted us on 9th April at 15:14, we replied early the following morning to apologise and ask for a photo of the packing slip so we could investigate this properly for you. At no point did we ask you to return the plant or pay for postage, as your review suggests. We were simply waiting on that information so we could look into what had happened and put things right for you.
It’s certainly not acceptable for a plant to arrive out of its pot, and had we received the requested details, we would have been able to resolve this for you quicklu.
We’re always happy to help and resolve any issues, so if you’re still open to it, please do get back in touch and we’ll make sure this is sorted.
