Cowboys
Constantly late on clinical waste collection meaning we are left with overflowing bins - totally unacceptable for a business who's job is to collect clinical waste. I had to upgrade bin size due to constant lateness - now they havnt removed the old bin for 3 MONTHS!
Customer service staff are friendly but nothing gets done. I would leave if i was locked into a contract - absolute cowboys.

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologise for the delays you have experienced with your clinical waste collections. I appreciate the frustration and inconvenience this has caused, particularly when dealing with clinical waste where timely collections are especially important.
Having reviewed your account, I can see that we have been actively working to address the collection issues raised. I can also confirm that a collection was successfully completed on 20/08, and your next scheduled collection is due on 26/08.
The collection on 26/08 has been scheduled to ensure that all waste currently on site is cleared and that service standards return to the level you expect moving forward.
I am sorry that our service has not met your expectations on this occasion. We value your business and understand the impact service disruptions can have on your operations.
Should you experience any further issues with your collections, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible so that we can investigate and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible for you.

I contacted Direct365 to arrange a Fire Risk Assessment and was very pleased with the service I received. Jack Ball, Safety & Compliance Sales Advisor, was extremely professional, helpful and efficient. He understood that I needed the assessment arranged quickly and went out of his way to secure the earliest possible appointment for me.
The whole process was straightforward and well organised, and Jack kept everything clear and easy to understand. I really appreciated his friendly and helpful approach and the effort he made to accommodate my requirements.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would happily recommend Direct365, and a special thank you to Jack for all his help.

I got a response immediately I requested for a quote and a quick follow up. I actually contacted 3 companies but Dave was the fastest to respond and he was quite friendly and patient with explaining our payment terms. We have just signed up and I want to believe the service will be just as Dave Hepworth presented it to us.
