Took 2 attempts but eventually got the help we needed
Took 2 emails to get a response but copying accounts on the second email got an answer and solution very quickly from Gabrielle Buckley who was very efficient and solved the query straight away.

I responded to an email reminder and dealt with Cheryl 👍…
I contacted the company after receiving an email to inform me that our Pat testing is coming up to be renewed, so I call and spoke with Cheryl King who dealt with me very professional and courteous. She sorted everything out and within a few minutes I had booked in the testing. Cheryl was very friendly and helpful and I look forward to dealing with the company in the future.
