Fantastic Customer Service and Price
I called looking for a quote for a fire risk assessment for my commercial property and Sasha really helped me out. She explained to me the difference between the residential and commercial fire risk assessment which I found to be very informative. She also provided me with a competitive quote and continues to reply back to all my emails very quickly. I hope I can continue to work more with her in the future and use some more of their services.

Excellent Service and Very Competitive Prices
I would highly recommend Direct365. From the very beginning, the whole process was extremely easy. Their website was straightforward to use, obtaining a quote was simple, and I received a response from their representative very quickly.
From receiving the initial quote through to placing the order and setting up the contract, I found the overall customer service to be excellent. Everyone was helpful, efficient and made the process hassle-free.
I had shopped around and compared several companies beforehand, and Direct365 offered the most competitive prices in the market for what we required.
Excellent service from Siobhan O'Leary , great communication and very competitive pricing. I would definitely recommend Direct365 and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I'm still waiting for my blue bin
I'm still waiting for my blue bin. I got in touch with customer service and was reassured they would look into it a few weeks ago, but since then despite attempts at emailing back again I have had no response and no delivery.
The rest was good. Lockers are sturdy and have a great finish.
Shame the order was incomplete.
