Excellent Customer Service
Direct 365 was recommended to me at the start of my tattooing journey as a trusted company to work with. I am extremely impressed with the standard of customer service, particularly Mike Charman who has continued to support me and help me with a stupid amount of questions that I continue to ask!! He (and the company as a whole) are extremely informative and patient and go above and beyond to ensure a positive working relationship. I have also spoken to several other customer service providers and they have each been so kind and helpful! As a new (neurodiverse) business owner I too highly recommend this service.
The ONLY reason they did not get 5 stars from me is because the delivery company were quite difficult to work with / communicate with but nothing that Mike and the team weren’t able to help with!

We have used direct365 for fire safety and legionella testing for a few years now and they are always reliable and provide great reports as proof of health & safety compliance.
