Do not use them
I have been a customer of Direct 365 for 7 years, and unfortunately the level of service has been consistently poor—particularly in recent times.
Without any consultation, our waste services were switched from Kenny Waste Management to Biffa, after which the service declined even further.
We have experienced:
Repeated missed waste collections
Lack of communication between providers and drivers
Failure to properly manage site access (e.g. gate keys not handed over)
No effort to clear accumulated excess waste
Despite missed collections, we have still been charged for services that were not carried out. Refunds are only issued if we report the issue ourselves—there is no proactive monitoring or accountability.
Over the years, this has resulted in hundreds of pounds in charges for services not delivered. When we raise these issues and request investigations into past missed collections, we are told they will be looked into, but no follow-up or resolution ever occurs.
As a third-party contractor, Direct 365 should be ensuring the service they are charging for is actually being delivered. In our experience, this has not been the case.
Due to the ongoing lack of service and accountability, we are now considering legal action to recover costs for services not provided.
I would strongly advise others to carefully consider alternative waste management providers.

I had a really great experience with this company. The service has always been reliable, punctual, and exactly what I need for my business.
I’d especially like to mention Nicole, who was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was extremely polite, helpful, and efficient from the very beginning. She understood my situation straight away and made the whole process much quicker and smoother than I expected.
Her communication was always clear, organised, and thoughtful, and I truly appreciated the level of care and attention she gave throughout. That kind of customer service is quite rare these days, and it really made a difference.
I’m very grateful for all her support, she’s a real asset to the company. Highly recommend!

Michael Charman is very responsive to every query and delivery collection. Contracts are presented quickly and efficiently for signing and communication is clear. Even when there is an issue with the drivers he is able to resolve promptly too.

Still waiting for someone to attend our facilities, we have been asking since February 2026, we have been a customer for a long time. Both my colleague and I have contacted Direct365 numerous times and a date has been given for a collection but still no one has arrived.
