Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. A complete scam. I ordered two “XL” sweat shirts and paid $82. Received two size “S”. Now I have nothing to give my two best friends that I’m meeting Tuesday. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service!! I ordered 3 items. 2 personalized 1 not personalized.
I never received the 1 not personalized item. Their customer service person is arguing with me saying it was delivered. The box that was delivered was 1 of the personalized items. DO NOT Order from here you’re ordering different items. YOU WILL BE SORRY!! They take your money without shipping your item!!

The date of my son's death was miss…

The date of my son's death was miss printed on a blanket my family ordered for me on the Anniversary of his death. The date on the blanket was printed as so:
September 17 ,2021. The comma was misplaced. It hurt's because my son meant the world to me and for a company that specializes in such gifts, this mistake is one I would not expect.

This place is a 100% scam

This place is a 100% scam. On 9/9 I ordered a sign from them. By 9/11 I never received info saying my order was accepted. So the contact info they have is this Contact info

If you Google that address you'll find many scam reports and a very bad BB report. I emailed them saying cancel my order.. Instead I get a email back from them saying my package is on the way sent 9/12 with a tracking number. Today 9/16 I'm told by the post office the company only created a label and never sent anything. This was their way saying we cant cancel cause your package has already sent.
Be Aware Google search their address.
Update: 9/30/22
I received my order 4 weeks after they made a shipping label. Sign has a dent on top, but I'm not going to deal with this company. Buyers beware this company is ran by robots you'll never get a straight answer.

One Satisfied Corndog

I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with the team at this company. I ordered several key chains for birthday presents for my brothers. These key chains are in the form of our actual muscle and rat rod cars. They were duplicated from pictures that I sent in. There was one particular picture that was not sufficient for reproduction and the team reached out to me immediately to let me know. From that point forward the communication was impeccable until the day I received my order. In today’s world, where customer service and satisfaction seems to be a thing of the past, this company has restored my faith! I will definitely purchase from this company in the future! In fact, I’m about to order another key chain!

They keep changing the time it takes to make and ship.
At qst was 5/7 business days. Currently up to 20/ 22 days????.?

I Oder a package last week and I still haven’t gotten it yet. Like I don’t trust this app I keep emailing them and they just say you have to wait for your tracking number I should of already had that. Like I hope no one orders from this app anymore

Our Family Billiard Sign.

I recently ordered the billiard sign for my son's new home and game room. I was so scared the sign would not be as nice as I hoped it would be. When I received it I was so pleased. I never expected it to be so beautiful. The whole family is so happy with it. I'm glad I ordered it.

Customer service awful

My husband tried purchasing from company in which he ended up doing so!

Where all my children's names were wrong! My oldest is 10 years old to blame him or I of in correct spelling is not customer service like.
Spent over 170 and they offered me 20percent off next purchase only complete JOKE

Now my issue is sort of my fault ,I did not recheck my card I had 2 of the same exact pictures on there just different sizes.
I wanted the bigger size and I have only gotten the smaller one in the mail I have emailed and there's no customer service numbers so I can't talk to anyone to try and get a refund for 1 of them and send back the smaller 1 and get the bigger 1.
I'm just so confused and so frustrated that it's not going to be here in time for Valentine's Day for my husband someone needs to help and I'm getting nothing.

I am not happy with the way the picture of my husband and I turned out. It is too close and big. I don’t know how to get a hold of anyone to discuss this matter. I tried the email provided and it keeps coming back not able to deliver.

Ordered a custom "Lake House" sign

Ordered a custom "Lake House" sign that came out very nice. The paint and construction of the sign is really good and it looks great. They provide a quality product for the price. I'll do it again!!

Your order #dilypod50653 was delivered on Sep 18th. The tracking number is 1Z1F995R0398401518. We can not accept the refund requirement when the package was delivered. Please understand that if the package was lost after it had been delivered, that was not our fault. So we only can support the replacement, not the refund. So please check your email!

Horrible quality and wrong item

I went to track my order, order # dilypod52656 and the whole site is gone. I paid 94 dollars for a blanket and I wasn’t sent any emails to confirm shipping and now I can’t contact them to see if it shipped or when I’ll get it if I even get it at all
**Edit**
The site still no longer is available but I received my blanket and I am so unsatisfied. I paid almost 100 dollars and it is the cheapest blanket I have ever seen my stomach got sick when I saw it. And it was the wrong team. I can’t even ask for a refund because the site has been taken down. If it comes back up please do not order from them the material is cheap and I could have gotten better quality from Walmart
