Product not completed in the way we ordered. Customer service never replied back, very hard to contact. No phone number provided to speak to an individual. Will NEVER recommend this site/company to anyone.

The item was supposed to have my pets name. I typed it in to the order. Bought 2 of this item, no name. Several emails sent to complain, no response.

The product I ordered looked nothing like what was pictured. Extremely cheap and ugly. I could never give this as a gift. I recommend going elsewhere for a quality product. For the cost, I expected better. They did only a 40% refund.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a backpack from them, and the quality is crap!! It was $86!!

Junk this is absolute junk it's cheap and flimsy the had I ordered came crushed misshapen and I cannot get it back into shape and they will not accept returns. I should have researched this company before buying anything .

This company is terrible! I’ve tried to order a custom gym mat twice from this company. The first time they told me they didn’t have the size anymore. However, when I went to order a smaller one they still had the larger size as an option. I ordered the second one almost a month ago. It said it was shipped about 3 weeks ago. I asked for an update today and they apologized and said it was out of stock. DO NOT order from this horrible company!

Ordered a mother's day blanket 9days before the day. its 2weeks later and Havnt gotten my product.

I Reach out to them via email BECAUSE the number doesnt exist!!!! No Reply to 3 different emails. Dont waste your time or money.

These made to order signs are fantastic. I have ordered signs for two different friends and they loved them. I recommend these signs for a custom made items for gifts or use around your home.

Ordered an indoor/outdoor doormat for $59. DEFINITELY NOT an outdoor mat (which is why I ordered it). Would have paid $29 at most for what I received. Very disappointed. Shipping and customer service was good, but product was not quality as advertised.

I was very happy with the product I received. Even when I made an error and accidentally chose the wrong wording for my ornaments, they made it right and offered to replace them with the wording I initially intended. They responded to my emails and were very courteous.

The product I ordered was broken when I received it. I have contacted the company three times and they have not responded.

The ornament was ordered on December 6 and received on December 23rd, too late to send to the recipient to receive for Christmas. Very cheap quality for the price; picture printed front and back on clear plastic and cut out. Two dimensional and same size as original photo so very small. Pictures from website are not what was received and are misleading. Poor customer service, do not respond to emails or inquiry.

My story seems like others on this site. Ordered the item 13 days ago. Got a tracking number and no product. Contacted them 3 times no response. It sounds like this is a fraud site, so I warn anyone ordering from here. I will be disputing the charges as others seem to have done also

Ordered 11 days ago, got a tracking number 9 days ago. Item still hasn't shipped. Contacted Dilypod 3 separate times now and 0 response back. I tried to cancel order. No response. I will be disputing with my bank to get my money back and reporting to the BBB

Their customer service was amazing when I had an issue with my order.

I am so dissappointed in the quality of the Christmas ornament I bought for my grandson.
With shipping it was almost $30. I am too embaresed to give it to him.

I ordered a memorial canvas print for my sister. It was a picture of her daughter my niece, who was tragically killed in an automobile accident 2 years ago. I sent in a picture of my niece. They aged her photo to this memorial canvas print with Jesus. I was really happy with the end result. I know my sister will love this picture of her beloved daughter. Exceptional work done.

I previously left a very negative review for this company. It was TOTALLY MY ERROR. I gave them the wrong size and the wrong email. They have reached out to me to correct the problem. Sorry, it was a knee-jerk reaction. I hope this positive review, and the elimination of the negative one rectifies my mistake.

After a friend's doggie companion made the trip across the Rainbow Bridge, some friends pitched in to send a personalized keepsake in his memory. These look very nice.
