I ordered a F4 Phantom shirt on 6/13/25. I received a confirmation notice on 6/14/25. I responded that I ordered the wrong shirt & requested an exchange. I received a reply that the shirt was already “in production” & the order could not be changed.
Considering it took 16 days before I received the shirt, it seemed reasonable that somewhere in the process there would have been an opportunity to correct the order.
I offered to return the unopened package containing the shirt & requested a refund.
Dilipod’s response was that “as the correct item was sent based on your order detail we are unable to offer a return or refund in this case”
I’ll never buy from this company again.
Misleading advertising The ornament I ordered looked nothing…
The ornament I ordered looked nothing like the picture. It was not a figure but a flat piece of plastic. And plastic covered the hole for hanging it in the tree. A huge disappointment and certainly not worth $20. And customer service is also terrible. I would not use this company again!
Don’t pay for expedited shipping -
Product was acceptable but customer service and shipping failed. I paid for expedited 2 day shipping. It was sent ups ground and arrived 6 days after shipped. It missed the event. Customer service ignored my requests to refund me for the expedited service I paid for. Seems this is a routine problem based on what I am now reading in reviews. Beware.

They immediately took my money, set it as a recurring charge, and refuse to communicate. The 1 star is because I couldn’t choose 0.

I would give no stars if I could this company is awful. I would recommend going anywhere else for your merchandise. Do not try to buy anything from these crooks. They took my money never sent the order and will not respond to communications via email or chat.

I ordered an ornament for my grandson on Dec 9, 2023. They immediately received their money from my bank account but, I never got a confirmation of the order. They do not answer my messages in their chat on line and now they have disabled the account I started for thus order!!!!!!

I placed an order on 12.8.23. I received a shipping notification on 12.11.23 when the label was generated. It wasn't submitted to the post office until 12.17.23. I paid $24.99 for expedited shipping. The USPS website says it won't arrive until 12.23.23.

Paid for overnight shipping and did not receive my order yet. They will not respond to any correspondence pertaining to me asking for a refund on the $49.95 paid for overnight shipping. This is a raggedy company and I would never recommend doing business with them.
Did not send until I made a claim with PayPal
Made efforts to find out where my product was and not until i made a claim with PayPal did they reach out to me and send my product 10 days after I ordered. Will not refund my money after I had to rush order another Item from a different seller to make sure I had a Mothers Day gift on time. Horrible company to deal with. Do not buy from here!!!

Dishonest company practices
I ordered one sign and they charged me twice. They will not rectify their mistake. They send no confirmation of your order so you don't know if order goes through or not. They are dishonest company.

I ordered a dog in angel wing ornament. What came was a piece of junk plastic that was NOTHING like the pic. Absolutely FALSE ADVERTISING! Not even worth $2. I heard this company was a scam. BELIEVE IT!!!

After receiving the wrong sign, I emailed Dillypod who apologized for the error and, without hesitation, made everything right. They responded to my emails in a timely manner and was always professional, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a canvas that said give it to god and go to sleep from this place and it was supposed to be a large picture that goes behind the couch when I got it it was no bigger than a paper plate. They charge me over $30 and I was so mad. This is such a let down and I can’t get a hold of anybody to get a refund. I will never ever order anything from this company again what a rip off.

I ordered a canvas for my daughters birthday and when I received it, only one name was visible and the wrong size. I immediately emailed them and had a response within 5 days. I took a picture and sent to them as they asked. They sent me a response within 2 days.( They were probably busy with other customer orders) They redid my canvas and shipped it free of charge. It looks beautiful and my daughter is so happy with it!

One of my grandchildren names were missing. I don't know if I forgot it or if dillypod. I mailed it back to the address on the envelope but, have not heard anything back. It was very pretty and good quality. I just want the company to reach out me and get me a phone case.
