Did not receive product, it has been over 2 weeks. Received a tracking number, but no activity. They do not have a phone number listed, and I have contacted them by email several times with no response.

I ordered a memorial keychain for my girlfriend as one of her Christmas gifts. It didn't arrive on Christmas after paying overnight fees. The keychain was nothing like the picture. The picture looks like a ceramic piece and what I got was pure garbage. Its a piece of plastic with a printed pic of a dog. Absolute pos company. Garbage people

I would give a ZERO if I could. This is absolute garbage that they sent. Not only did it arrive after Christmas even though I was told it would arrive before. The canvas frame is stapled crooked and has strings hanging all over. The photos on the canvas are so blurry you can’t even tell what they are. It is CRAP!!! Customer service doesn’t respond at all. They have your money and they don’t want to hear from you again. I plan to contact my credit card company to tell them what a fraud this company is. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! Stay away from their website!!!

My artwork just arrived! I am extremely pleased! It looks exactly as it was on the website, and it looks elegant on my kitchen wall. The product is of good quality, and it is reasonably priced. My measurements were accurate because of the website reminder to MAKE SURE the measurement is accurate! I placed the order standard mail on 12/12 and I received it several days before Christmas. I am grateful Dilypod lived up to its stated standards. I highly recommend this company!

I would give zero stars if it were an option. I can’t review the product as I never received it. The customer is absolute horrid. Run from this company. It could be fake I’m not 100% sure.

Ordered a present for my dad on December 15 and it told me it would be here before Christmas and I still haven’t received it. I can’t even find a way to track my package it’s ridiculous and upsetting but I should have known.

I order a 5-pack ornament set and uploaded 5 different photos. I am an aunt with many nephews and nieces. I chose different photos as gifts for their mothers. When the package arrived, it was only a photo of one of my nephews. I then contact Dilypod and they said I only uploaded 1 photo which is incorrect, and I have photos of the uploads. I have since sent 2 emails requesting a refund with no response. I had an awful experience, and the company's lack of communication is not helping the matter. I would never refer anyone to this company.

I did not receive my original order. It was marked as 'delivered' but I never found it. When I contacted them, they immediately replaced the items. Excellent customer service.

I'm deeply disappointed by the horse in angel wing ornament. It looks nothing like the picture. Its small and cheap...shouldn't be more than $5.00. I'm not giving this as a gift, its embarrassing.

Odered a keychain and the picture is 3D, I didnt read description of product my fault. But the picture is 3D and is what i thought I was getting. Take a look is not what tou get for the price item looks like it cost maybe 2.00 not 17.00

I contacted Dillypod after receiving the wrong sign. They apologized and without hesitation corrected the problem. They responded to my emails in a timely manner and were professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to buy from them again

I’d give them a zero if I could. I ordered ornaments of my grandboys baseball posed but they absolutely look nothing like the advertised ornament. Wasted my money. Definitely read the other comments, and save your money. So disappointed. And it took weeks to get. $40 wasted.

Ordered a dog keychain. Received the keychain. Junk!! The acrylic is shiny on one side and dull the other side. The cutting of the acrylic is erratic, uneven. I could of done better myself. Not at all as pictured. If I could give this company a minus 10, I would. Requested a refund but heard nothing back. Shipping was 7.99 for a tiny box that weighed nothing. A total ripoff!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I spent $26 on a Christmas ornament that is nothing but a flat piece of plastic. It looks nothing like the advertised photo. I have requested a refund and recieved no reply. I wish I could attach a photo.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from this company. Very poor quality and material is practically see through. Customer service is horrible and just keep sending me the same email over 3 times. When I placed my ordered I use my PayPal account to pay for it. I finally had to call PayPal and they issued me a refund. I will never order from this company again. Also way overpriced. Definitely buyer beware!!

Beautiful Custom Photo Baseball Ornament!

Ordered item on 9-29-22 didn’t show up till 10-16-22 I live in the very next state. Item showed up broke but most annoying was that the item was not at all what was advertised online. $27 for a tiny rooster keychain that I didn’t order. Sorry Dilypod but I would not recommend you to anybody.

Ordered anniversary gift for my son and daughter in law on 10-4, charged me twice, paid for 2 day shipping. Have not received anything- no tracking numbers, no confirmation that my order was on the way and I need this by the 14th of October. Very disappointing. Trying to get them to respond with no.luck....
