I called DCU regarding a special unusual situation regarding my auto loan. DCU representative Shante, took time to understand my situation. She consulted the loan department and suggested appropriate solution to resolve my issue. I truly appreciate her effort to understand my difficulty and worked carefully to suggest a solution.

Julie was very helpful with a connectivity issue and even went above and looked up information from a third party site for a fix between my DCU account and Quickbooks.

The supervisor was extremely helpful with navigating the purpose for my call. He was very clear and made sure all requested documentation was in my inbox prior to ending the call. He was professional and knowledgeable when addressing all matters.

Well not remembering the name of the agent that helped me, I would say that she was an employee that should be rewarded and considered a key resource. I called to close my accounts, only based on bank consolidation post retirement. She carries the torch for DCU to try to get me to stay in as a customer and I cannily say that while my mind was made up, if she worked for my company, I would reward her and consider her a very valuable asset based on her energy and determination. She genuinely cared about me leaving and if there had been any wiggle room, I would have caved. So cheers to her and to DCU for whoever hired her.

Muchas gracias por todo .las experiencias vividas al rededor de casi un año han sido muy buenas .quiero resaltar que e venido averiguar sobre un aumento en mi targeta de crédito y quede muy aburrido ya que el aumento fue muy poco y ademas el interés me sube se 13 pirciento a 15 porcienro por lo cual los he rechazado .
