My husband and I would rate Carlo Guevara and Network Capital Funding with not only a five-star rating but at least a ten-star rating for all they have done in getting us back from the brink of the debt cliff and back to a normal debt-free life. Carlo has proved his vast experience in this field, his patience in helping me through ALL the required steps, his friendship, kindness and perserverance to assist me in getting us to the FINISH LINE! I believe everything happens for a reason. At the beginning of this year I was hoping to refinance. I was almost ready to put wheels in motion that would have tied me to a new mortgage with my husband. I chose to pull out and did not move forward with Network Capital.

Three months later rates continued to drop and I wanted to see if I could qualify for the refinance solely on my income alone. In those 3 months I told my husband I wanted a divorce. I was being contacted by all the lenders. But thankfully I answered Carlo Guevara's call with Network Capital. He's not the loan officer I spoke with at the beginning of the year, but he had access to all the information I had previously submitted, including the house appraisal.

Carlo told me he could get me into a refinance solely in my name before my birthday. The loan funded today, the day after my birthday. Crazy wonderful birthday present! I have a house in my name to raise my 10yo special needs twins in and I'm doing it all on my own.

Carlo was always available to calm my nerves. He explained what I was going to commit to and set me straight when another company tried to "give (me) a better deal." Carlo was 100% transparent and explained that the conventional loan he was getting me was far more secure than the ARM that the other guys were trying to sell me. Carlo spoke at a level I could understand, he did not pressure me to move forward with him, and ultimately gave me my independence knowing that me, my kids, and our home were secure from adjustable interest rates with my stagnate income. Dreams do come true with Network Capital and Carlo Guevara's expertise!

Richard Khalifa was very straightforward and methodical. He got us to closing in only 10 days with the best rate and no points. He knows how to quickly navigate the mortgage process. We will recommend him to anyone.

I was a hard case to put it mildly but after one conversation with Richard Taylor, I was able to breathe again. He was amazing, honest and straightforward all while not making me feel embarrassed for my situation. He understood the chain of events and he came up with a plan to help me fix a very bad situation.
