I always expect good service from the DCU people who answer, and this time if anything it was better. He really listened and helped, didn’t corner me or try to fit me into a pattern, etc. He kindly asked what I needed, like my balance since I couldn’t sign in. Really the best service anyone could give. Thank you for maintaining your high standards for service. It’s a good reason to stay with a credit union and not migrate to a bank. He was a real example of how to treat a customer. I don’t remember his name but I do remember his help.

Long lines, but were moving quickly. Regardless, once I got to the front, Navin never rushed me along, double and triple ch reasonsecking all the changes and bank transactions I requested.

I'd been having multiple issues of being unable to access my account, out of frustration called DCU for help. Ms Maryame was of great help, she guided me all through and better still, she made me aware of other benefits I qualified for as a DCU member. Her patience in guiding me through what I needed to do and her knowledge app portal was outstanding. That help and guidance was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I called DCU regarding a special unusual situation regarding my auto loan. DCU representative Shante, took time to understand my situation. She consulted the loan department and suggested appropriate solution to resolve my issue. I truly appreciate her effort to understand my difficulty and worked carefully to suggest a solution.
