This is an appalling service
This is an appalling service, customer services are the worst I've come across, totally disinterested and unhelpful to the point of being obstructive. Will not allow me to log into the system, there is no viable system of recovering. Customer services says i will have to start again and pay for a new certificated. My certificate is dated August 2025, i shared the certificate on the 4.2.2026, so why should i pay for another certificate because of their system, bang out of order. The overriding problem is you just cant speak to anyone to sort out the issue in a professional manner. If this was a commercial company they would not get away with this, 100%

Do not use this organisation. The customer service team is not helpful and won't respond to you until the refund T&Cs are no longer applicable. The service is complicated and overpriced. Stay clear!

Avoid - go to the .gov website. The £48 they take is just an initial payment - there are subsequent costs..
The website takes £48 from you but does not explain this is just an initial payment. I have made the payment in error thinking this is a .gov website and currently pursuing a refund by requesting this via e mail. Thus far I have had no correspondence back to confirm whether the refund is in progress

Be aware when you pay !
I selected digital ID checking, and the cost is GBP12; however, at the last minute, the system automatically asked me to pay GBP160.80 ! I have never selected this plan!! This is the system error !! When I requested a refund, they said an administration fee would be deducted as per their terms and conditions !!
This company is untrustworthy in total!

We can confirm the £12 fast-track service is for the processing time of your application. Your application was submitted within 20 minutes of receiving your ID verification.
Once the application is received by the Police, depending on how much backlog they are experiencing, it may take them longer to complete their checks.
Your DBS certificate was dispatched last week and should have reached you by now.
