I ordered a couple large lantern style lights for my patio. They arrived within the expected time frame but one box was damaged. I tried both lanterns and one was not working. They were too large to send back and the company sent me a new one. These were expensive lanterns and the company was quick with responding and replacing the broken item. They look amazing on my patio! The company's customer service and products are fantastic!

Very professional i had ordered a light i loved the style but was a bit to high i asked if they can customize an order to my likings and if they would take the one that i had already received back and they said yes no problem i will definitely do business with them again

There were some broken crystals and the light fixtures required much more assembly than expected. Instructions were not included. That said, now that the fixture are assembled and installed, they look fabulous and provide really nice light
