During the installation my light sconce had dropped from the ladder and broke. Being extremely upset I contacted Dazuma and without hesitation they expedited the broken light within a day, amazing!

Ive ordered multiple pieces from dazuma company and everything worked accordingly. There packaging is very nice and secure. Thanks and would recommend them for lighting.

Superior customer service

Customer service means so much

Customer service means so much, and the service I received from Dazuma’s representative, Mahica was extraordinary. My purchase was delayed after paying for express shipping and the service I received with updates on delivery every step of the way made me forget about the delay. I am very happy with my purchase and thanks so much for everything you did for me to keep a happy customer.

I ordered the chargeable under cabinet…

I ordered the chargeable under cabinet lighting for my kitchen and paid $180.00. The charge only lasts three hours a week… just long enough to prepare one meal. This is a ripoff and a scam. The website says the charge lasts much longer. I’m totally dissatisfied and since these were shipped from “China” it would make it very difficult to return. Next time I order something like this I’m going to make sure it’s shipped within the US. Lesson learned! Why is it that when I happen to order something and it’s shipped from China that the item ordered is so cheaply made even though they tell you otherwise. Buyer beware!!

Nice European Coach light.

We are in the process of building an apartment complex. Ordered first 1 to check quality. Now we will order the complete set. We are impressed with the quality and service. The delivery is slow unless you request speed delivery, but overall, the product arrived in excellent condition. Pleased with quality and service. Will order again.

website is deceptive

website is deceptive. when ordering lights they do not indicate that the lights are not in stock and need to be manufactured at thir convenience ( several other orders may be ahead of yours so no telling when they may get to it ) i payed for the expedited shipping and the insurance to make sure the lights would arrive in a timely manner and even after paying the extra fees i still have not received them

This is really a tremendous company…

This is really a tremendous company when it comes to customer service, and my customer service agent was absolutely the best and is working so hard for me to get a resolution.

I am literally so far outside of the time period to send my product back if there was an issue.
Well, once I opened up the package, two of four of these lights were broken which probably got broken by the trucking company and is not Dazuma’s fault.
But with the permits in my town taking an extra long time, I didn’t even need my lights to be put in-for over a year
I really didn’t realize that I should probably open them up and check to make sure that they were OK or not because I had literally had over20 to 30 other products sitting in my garage waiting for this permit situation
But even my fat going on, Dazuma understands and is really trying hard to find me a great resolution so I can get all these lights up and working.

This is truly a great company, thank you Dazuma

I will write another review when all this is resolved and let you all know the conclusion! That I have faith in this company

Great customer assistance

My electrician needed clarification to install the lighting fixture. We quickly received detailed information and pictures, along with follow-ups from Mhaica of Customer Care Group, to ensure we had successfully installed the lighting fixture. Mhaica was extremely helpful

Extremely poorly made light fixtures

I bought four matching Aluminum Glass Fence lights. These are photographed beautifully on their website, I recommend scrolling thru the photos to the one that is not showcased outside, there if you zoom closely ;you can see how poorly they are made. They arrived and all were very poorly made. Metal and paint burrs were left everywhere requiring hours of hand filing to make them look half way decent. I'm having them reprimed and painted hoping that they look half as good as they do in the pictures. Definitely NOT worth the price. I wouldn't have paid $20 had I seen how poor the quality was. I don't mind thin metals. But having to finish the job of the manufacturer is frustrating. Shiooing took a couple of weeks. Wish I could post before and after pics.

We ordered 4 beautiful lanterns for our new landscaping project and were disappointed when 2 of them arrived damaged. Thankfully Mhaica from customer service helped us immediately with kind and polite efficiency. Our new replacement lanterns are already on the way. We are very satisfied with the assistance we received from Dazuma and Mhaica. Thank you.

Light problem

I purchased a light from Dazuma which was delivered in a timely manner. Upon installing the light there was a problem with the wiring. I called customer service and Mhaica handled my situation. After sending pictures and explaining my situation with the light they are sending me out a new one. Thank U for taking care of this problem without creating one.
