This is a great dentist. I've always been pleased with their service. They communicate regularly regarding your upcoming appointments. The dentists communicate well and they give good advice. I would recommend this dentist.

Always so welcoming when you entre, staff always very polite and professional

difficult extraction but Gemma handled it very well

I had a filling on my front tooth on Monday with a locum dentist, the filling fell out within 12 hours. Woke up and it was gone. I’m not the easiest patient with my fused neck and spinal problems so I’m not blaming anyone, just really disappointed. I have a further appointment for another filling on Tuesday 20th October with another locum dentist and I’m so terrified I might cancel the appointment, I don’t really know what to do, I don’t have any faith now. I don’t like to complain so I didn’t ring the dentist. I’m just stuck in a mess caused by Damira Andover. Help basically.

Was a very nice and calming experience as like many people have a fear of the dentist, but this wasn’t the case very relaxed and professional as I have gum disease and everything was explained clearly about the next stages , would recommend this dentist

I had a filling come loose which happened to be a front tooth was very anxious that if it fell out I could get an infection as it had happened to me before,I have rheumatoid arthritis which makes getting infections a bigger deal,I phoned on Monday had an appointment Wednesday and came away all sorted.Christos at the Fareham practice is very patient and understanding,Iam a very nervous patient due to horrible experiences of the school dentist in the 70’s and early 80’s,Christos puts me at ease and that I am not being silly.

I needed a tooth extracted but wasn't looking forward to the numbing jabs,I had 2 then needed a 3rd and I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing,the dentist was lovely and made me feel at ease and the staff are lovely too,I really don't have any anxious moments going to any of my appointments at all.

I usually see Dr sumra but as a emergency appointment he wasn't available so I saw Dr shoaib.He was really good as I'm not very good at the dentist he was patient and told me exactly what he was going to do step by step great dentist if anyone is looking

Practice: Usual efficient professional service.

Central admin: Still ongoing difficulty with updating records on line. Those of us who are not smartphone addicts may prefer to use email. After reminding Damira of this for some years I am pleased to be told it is being 'looked into'. Hopefully looking will result in action.

My dentist Egle is superb along with her assistant. Staff are so helpful, especially Ava when sorting appointments.
I can’t recommend them enough. Five stars.

I got what I came for antibiotics apart from that she told me exactly what I already knew, anyway hopefully when the course of antibiotics ends I can get this tooth out. If everything had been done as I requested then we wouldn’t be going through this. Still it’s going to cost me money. Thanks.

I always feel at ease when I come here and the rates are very competitive. My dentist is always suggesting ways in which my treatment costs can be reduced. I would highly recommend

Mr Oiiveira is extremely welcoming and immediately puts you at your ease. The work he has carried out has always been unrushed and very thorough. Unfortunately we are moving from Norfolk but I couldn't have hoped for a better dentist while living here. The receptionist is always lovely even when she has more than enough to do

Was excellent service from all reception staff, dentist was lovely also didn’t have to wait long, definitely helps when you have other appointments to attend..

I was very surprised how the front of house reception had changed,since my last appointment. When I arrived there was a male.A female and a small child. The male had a face mask on.Straight away. I thought this male is unwell and should not be at work. The female, no hello, no smile ,no welcoming The reception is the first point of contact when entering . The female, just asked did I have an appointment. The male just said could I sign the portable tablet, he was holding. I had to ask what I was signing as he never made any interaction. The female receptionist. Quckly explained.I found this disconcerting. I asked where Fiona was the receptionist. The female replied. She left this morning. I did voice my concerns to my dentist
