Was excellent service from all reception staff, dentist was lovely also didn’t have to wait long, definitely helps when you have other appointments to attend..

I was very surprised how the front of house reception had changed,since my last appointment. When I arrived there was a male.A female and a small child. The male had a face mask on.Straight away. I thought this male is unwell and should not be at work. The female, no hello, no smile ,no welcoming The reception is the first point of contact when entering . The female, just asked did I have an appointment. The male just said could I sign the portable tablet, he was holding. I had to ask what I was signing as he never made any interaction. The female receptionist. Quckly explained.I found this disconcerting. I asked where Fiona was the receptionist. The female replied. She left this morning. I did voice my concerns to my dentist
She is a exceptional denist.

Damira Kingsclere. NHS work carried out by a junior and inexperienced dentist. They want patients to go private in order to be seen by more experienced dentists.

My son always gets seen by an amazing dentist named Failat Agbogidi. She is always so happy & always wants to help.she is lovely & is so good at her job. Every practice should have someone like this lady

Unfortunately not the great this time! First appointment went well for moulds to be made for tooth whitening. Then l got an email saying l needed to go back for another scam which would only take 10-15 minute at my convenience!! I called back thinking, no problem l will go in early next week but no appointments for nearly another two weeks. Not very convenient at all. Very disappointing

The reception staff were patient and helpful in an unusual/ tricky situation. Hygienist as usual was brilliant. Friendly, helpful and excellent at her job. However, I have today received an email stating that I missed an appointment which they had actually cancelled whilst I was on site! This is mist distressing as it threatens that a second missed appointment would result in being taken off their list. Having telephoned them today I am not convinced that they gave been able to remove the erroneous Blackgang mark from my account.

Joanne is a kind dentist and the facility is bright and clean.

Karen the hygienist is amazing, very efficient and friendly.

I always feel that my dentist is very exact in her work. I have been with the dentist 15+ years and her work has been consistently very good.

No waiting time, and excellent treatment

My appointment was on time and carried out very professionally by Omar and his dental assistant. Clear explanations were given and no one tried to sell me something I didn't need.

I give 4* beacuse I was seen by DR Joanne this time and she's great, patient and took her time to explain everything. Luckily I managed to switch under care of Dr Joanne.
Previous dentist I used to seen was always late and made people wait for over 30 min for check up, which took 2 min. I felt rushed.

Didn’t feel that the dentist or assistant had read my medical information- this was apparent in their interactions with me. I have a chronic illness and am hearing impaired.

Such a lovely, caring dental studio that really cares about their patients.
I saw Aseem who made an extraction so easy, and really took care of me after suffering from a dry socket.
His dental assistant (this time) was Jasmine, who was lovely.
I also saw Anusha in-between, who was just as caring, and kind, and very thorough.
