Four appointments ago, the first two I was kept waiting over thirty minutes past my appointment time before being shown into the surgery. Next and 3rd appointment I was waiting for over 20 minutes past my appointment time so had to reschedule as my partner needed the car to get to work. This was marked down as a no show on my part along with the email about if I miss two appointments in the space of a year I will be kicked out of the Dental Surgery, I was not a happy bunny! Last appointment I was seen pretty much on time. I have another on 04/11 watch this space.

I had a routine check up with Cornelius Yap, he is so lovely, gave me advice on diet and how to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I had my 10 month baby with me, he was so accommodating and let him lie down on me while i had my check up. I really appreciated this as i was anxious taking him with me but Cornelius made it so easy.

I am very pleased with Elena's and Deepa's work. Many thanks to them and the team at Holt.

Good communication around interview booking and confirmation.
Waiting times are minimal.
Dentist who carried out procedure was very friendly and professional and checked in with me throughout the procedure to ensure I was ok.

The dentist explained the issues in plain English language. Went through different options and explained the diffetent pricings. The service was brilliant.

I was explained what was going to happen to my tooth, the options I had with my crown. I couldn’t off asked for a better dentist.

The dentist was polite and careful. He explained what needed to be done and I was able to make an appointment quite soon. Very good service.

The Dentist Eliza was very thorough throughout the appointment. She listened to my concerns and explained her thinking very clearly. Her Assistant was very welcoming and calm.

This is a great dentist. I've always been pleased with their service. They communicate regularly regarding your upcoming appointments. The dentists communicate well and they give good advice. I would recommend this dentist.

difficult extraction but Gemma handled it very well

I had a filling on my front tooth on Monday with a locum dentist, the filling fell out within 12 hours. Woke up and it was gone. I’m not the easiest patient with my fused neck and spinal problems so I’m not blaming anyone, just really disappointed. I have a further appointment for another filling on Tuesday 20th October with another locum dentist and I’m so terrified I might cancel the appointment, I don’t really know what to do, I don’t have any faith now. I don’t like to complain so I didn’t ring the dentist. I’m just stuck in a mess caused by Damira Andover. Help basically.

Was a very nice and calming experience as like many people have a fear of the dentist, but this wasn’t the case very relaxed and professional as I have gum disease and everything was explained clearly about the next stages , would recommend this dentist

Fantastic professional efficient service from the Damira in Maidenhead . All my family come here including me for a few years now and are always exellent .

I had a filling come loose which happened to be a front tooth was very anxious that if it fell out I could get an infection as it had happened to me before,I have rheumatoid arthritis which makes getting infections a bigger deal,I phoned on Monday had an appointment Wednesday and came away all sorted.Christos at the Fareham practice is very patient and understanding,Iam a very nervous patient due to horrible experiences of the school dentist in the 70’s and early 80’s,Christos puts me at ease and that I am not being silly.

I needed a tooth extracted but wasn't looking forward to the numbing jabs,I had 2 then needed a 3rd and I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing,the dentist was lovely and made me feel at ease and the staff are lovely too,I really don't have any anxious moments going to any of my appointments at all.

I usually see Dr sumra but as a emergency appointment he wasn't available so I saw Dr shoaib.He was really good as I'm not very good at the dentist he was patient and told me exactly what he was going to do step by step great dentist if anyone is looking
