It may have taken longer than I wished…

It may have taken longer than I wished for my order to arrive but the response and information communicated to me about the lateness of my order was much appreciated. The helpfulness and open communication aided me in ordering again from the company.

Ordered the Summer box in June 2023 and…

Ordered the Summer box in June 2023 and it is now November with nothing ever sent. They even charged me for the fall box. When i requested refund they evaded and refused. I have reached out in multiple platforms and they sure are good at not answering asked questions and pretending like they are not scammy.

These people are crooks.

These people are crooks.
Ordered a few things and nothing was ever sent.
Refuse to refund.
This company committed credit card fraud.
Made a complaint with the California AG already.
Avoid this company at all costs.

It is now December and they still have not sent the summer boxes. These guys operate a fraudulent business and regularly commit credit card fraud. Contact your state AG about them like I did. They should not be able to do business in the US.

I would give a zero if possible

I would give a zero if possible. Have waited over 7 months for items that I coulda went by now and purchased inperson from a store. Have sent multiple emails and all I have recieved is the same basic email if were sorry and trying. They drag it out to avoid a charge back and now i have no product nor my 110 $. claim they will get back to me in this review still no communication its an auto response

Ordered an album from them in June, still not arrived.

Ordered an album from them in June, still haven't received it yet, neither any update on it. When I first emailed them they gave some excuse about it being in stock but something else isn't yet so they can't send it out even though I ordered just one album. Emailed them again this month to cancel my order and get a refund, since apparently you can't do that on their site, they just gave a copy paste answer like they did when I had sent the first mail, didn't even gave me what I asked for. If you can't fulfill any delivery stop selling then, Instead of asking to buy more and throwing out gift cards here and there, you're only making people more angry. Anyway don't buy from them, obviously a scam!

I ordered my summer 2023 box in May

I ordered my summer 2023 box in May. It is now Oct 29, 2023 and I still have not received a thing. I was already charged for the Autumn box. Who knows if/when I’ll even get that one. I’m also being refused a refund by the company. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered something from them on sept 13 and up to now theres no update about it. I tried to email them multiple times and all i got was a generic and automated response. I also asked them multiple times to cancel my order but they ignored my request for a refund! They’re lucky they got 1 star from me! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

They cancelled my order on Oct 31 but never gave me a refund!

Great but needs improvement

I really like this site and app, i always used it to buy korean albums and other accesories... they have an excellent method to be able to have discounts the more you buy things you get rewards for that. But, my only concern and discomfort is about the time of shipping and by saying this, i mean i undestand that sometimes its has logistic reasons behind it but the last time i ordered something, it came after nearly 4 months i placed the order. So, that is the one and only reason i give 4 stars. Thank you.

It is already October 13 here in the US…

It is already October 13 here in the US and I have not received my SUMMER box. By this time I should be getting the FALL box. What's worse is I sent an email THREE days ago and NO REPLY.

I was really excited to buy from this site

I was really excited to buy for the first time

Totally not worth it to wait more than 4 months to get a package delivered. Ordered more than 6 times and none of them have been shipped out yet.

I'm fully aware they had like an issue with one of their products, but to keep your clients waiting that much time, plus not giving constant updates and having like a docen of products added to the site that they will not send on time either looks pretty untrustworthy to me.

How can you keep offerring those mystery boxes (and products in general), if you have hundreds of orders unfulfilled.

I hope this issue gets fixed soon.

Don’t expect express delivery

Your site should not have an option for DHL express delivery because you obviously cannot deliver in 2-3 days after placing an order.
Plus you shouldn’t be asking for reviews multiple times when the product HAS NOT arrived yet.

Not sure about pagience and understanding, I think it’s more of a no choice situation.
With all the feedbacks you are receiving regarding delayed shipments, I don’t think it’s good enough to say you’re doing all you can to deliver as soon as etc etc.
It’s just not good enough. I’ve NEVER experienced opting for a DHL EXPRESS delivery which did not arrive in 2-3 days MAX even if it came from the US. Anyway, thanks for the generic reply.

June order still unfulfilled

Ordered a Mystery Box in June, knowing it had a 60 day lead time. 4 months later there is still no update on when this will ship. Their Facebook page is inundated with messages asking for updates on orders that were placed months ago which have received no response. They also recently opened a GoFundMe site to ask for money to complete the orders we already paid for. All this while still taking new orders. I've requested a refund multiple times and have filed a complaint with my credit card company.
When I first started shopping with them they were excellent, but this past year they have gotten worse and worse.

I have been ordering from them for…

I have been ordering from them for years. Something has changed in the company and not for good. They charged me for my summer subscription box in May and I never received it. Then they had the nerve to charge me for the fall box. I emailed them and got a generic response back. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges. I used to really like this company but now I will never order again.

Severely Delayed Order

Like everyone else, I placed an order months ago and got no status updates. I reached out to customer service, and they replied a few days later with the typical "so sorry, we'll look into this". A few more days passed and I reached back out. I got no response this time. Nothing got solved, and no one will reply if you keep asking them for any information.

Missing package

I ordered a bts album in august of 2023 and it’s been over 2 months and still have not received my package, I could have used the money spent on the album for a million different things.
