Naam at Cyrus Rugs Slacks Creek could not have been more helpful. She helped me decide on the perfect rug and was a pleasure to deal with. Love the quality of the rug I chose - highly recommend giving Naam a visit if you’re in the market for a top quality rug.

Really good help with choosing the rug…
Really good help with choosing the rug however I needed to return it the next day due to sizing and matching only to be told I could not get a refund only a credit. A bit disappointing but I was helped to find another rug which suited the room beautifully.

Purchased the rug over 3 weeks ago still awaiting authencity cerificate
Purchased the rug over 3 weeks ago. At the time of purchase I was asked for email address so that an authentcity certificate could be sent. No certificate has arrived. Rang head office was told they would look into it. Still no response. So sad.

Beautiful rugs
Beautiful rugs. Very high quality and priced very reasonably. I purchased two. The second was unfortunately out of stock. I was offered a full refund, or the option to purchase a different rug.
I selected an alternative rug that is just as gorgeous, but slightly cheaper, and the lovely people at customer service processed my change quickly, all via email, and refunded me the difference. A seamless and pleasurable shopping experience. I highly recommend Cyrus Rugs to everyone.
