I paid for the 90 second video with 3 extra scenes. I received a 60 second video with 1 extra scene. The video was just okay. It didn't seem like a real personal gift. After a few revision attempts i asked for a refund. I sent several requests over the course of about a week and a half. I kept being told it was being handled. Today I received an email that said they cant issue the refund. Their website says that they offer a 100% money back guarantee if you're not absolutely thrilled with your video-no questions asked. Thats not true. Its a hassle to try and get your money back and all they do is ask questions Ive already answered.

Awful. Wrote extensive story notes and the movie was nothing like it. Told revisions would be received in 24-48 hours but even a more after numerous attempts to reach out through today, no substantive response received, not even answering final requests for a refund. Now

I took a chance on creating this. I always knew we had an interesting story and it would be fun to see it on screen, so I asked chat to recommend a good one for me to try. This was chat's top choice. I expected the worse and was hugely surprised at how good and accurate it really was. The revisions were on point and not very many of them. It was a great experience watching the video. The only issue was that I only received one response to 3 of my email inquiries. I'm not sure if that is a me thing or them. I had to keep checking the website for updates. Still waiting on my custom song though. But highly recommend getting the video.

In general, the video is great. I appreciate that I had unlimited revisions because there were things that they just got wrong (like having the control cluster in the back seat of a car, and a door knob on one side of the door- but the door opened on the other side). Also, each time I requested a change in a scene, there were other unexpected changes made to that scene (unrequested)… facial hair would disappear, backgrounds would change. The most frustrating was a scene where I am in a car and the steering wheel is on the wrong side. I requested it to be corrected AT LEAST a half dozen times and it never was. I finally gave up.

The rest of the experience was pretty good, the representation of us is good, the song incorporates things that are important to us and the scenes are detailed. The end result will be something my husband enjoys.

They are very responsive and sent my revisions at least once a day. I know they’re using AI to create this- my suggestion is that at some point a person review it to ensure the requests are accommodated and make sense.

Absolutely can recommend this Company 100%. The completed video brought tears to our eyes.
We changed it so many times until it was perfect for my husband and I. There was no extra charge for this at all. A stunning keepsake for us.

Warning - do NOT spend money on this company. They are dishonest and don’t follow their promises, especially with their full refund guarantee. I purchased a custom love story video as a gift for my husband for our anniversary and the first video was awful but they give up to three rounds of revisions so I gave feedback, they tried again, and it still wasn’t good. When I realized that I would have so many revisions that I would basically have to do it all myself, I asked for a refund. They asked me to give them one more chance (and that they would give me my refund if I still wasn’t happy), so I happily did, hoping that the video would turn out okay. It did not, so I once again asked for the refund. Heard nothing, so I emailed a few days ago asking for an update on the refund, and Maria (a customer service rep who I’d been emailing the entire time) claimed that I had “approved and downloaded” the video, and therefore she couldn’t give me a refund. That was an absolute lie and they clearly marked it as “approved” on their end so I couldn’t get my refund. Horrible. Do not waste your money on this garbage and learn from my mistake.

This is a great thing to give the someone in your life who has everything! Its a lasting memory Im so glad i did it !

I was a little bit hesitant about trying this didn’t think it was gonna be real, but I gave it a shot and I’m so happy it’s so cute. I think everyone should try it.

If you want your beautiful story come to life this is the place. Any issues you have they will fix it.

Just to see our history in a movie would have gave 5 stars but scenes didnt match the song and I asked for R&B but they did country. A little disappointed she doesn't like country music.
