They are the good guys
Have used Crunch while self employed and always found them helpful and efficient. No longer using them as no longer self employed but received a proactive call from a chap called Rob today checking whether I needed their help and he put my mind at rest re whether or not I need to fill in a self assessment this year. The peace of mind was both free and invaluable. They are good guys

Tax optimiser call is very useful
I’ve been with Crunch for many years. I find them reliable and helpful but you do have to ask for support when you need it. I especially liked their tax optimiser call this year. Loads of useful tips to be efficient with my taxes.

7 days still waiting.
7 days, 5 emails asking for clarification on a mistaken advice i believe support gave, no answer over email.
really gone downhill on the support.

I've changed this from 2 to 4, as they said person assigned to the issue was losing the conversation thread as I was replying to support email address and every time I did it was being assigned to back of the queue..... It shouldn't take me complaining on trust pilot to get support but when I did the response where fast and accounts now filed all questions resolved.

Terrible Experience
Unfortunately, I've had the worst experience with Crunch — poor advice and terrible customer service has meant the company will miss submission deadlines. If your needs are beyond basic accountancy, you'd be better off finding another accountant as Crunch don't appear to be equipped to deal with more complex matters at all. I've been going back and forth for *months* to try and resolve outstanding issues, but I've just been passed from person to person without anything actually being actioned. I have complained now, several times, but the matter still remains unresolved. I'm beyond frustrated, and incredibly disappointed at the level of service from this (supposedly) professional organisation.

Really solid and dependable
Crunch Accounting have been really solid for me. Communication has been quick, and they’ve been clear about what they need and when. Glenn Cobb in particular has been excellent - proactive with advice, patient when explaining options, and very straightforward about the most sensible next steps.
