After a number of years with them, I’m finally leaving because the service has become unbearable.

In my experience, they provided no clear guidance when I needed help shutting down my company—just conflicting advice that made the process even more stressful. Emails take days to get a reply, and when I tried calling, I'm either left on hold forever or never receive a call back.

Based on my recent experiences, I can’t recommend Crunch at all.

My experience with Crunch has been consistently poor. Despite setting up my limited company in April, my account was still not functioning months later. Key services included in my package—such as the registered office and payroll—were either incorrectly set up or delayed due to inaccurate information from the support team. I spent hours on calls, often being told things that contradicted HMRC guidance, and only eventually got issues resolved when I reached the right person.

Multiple mistakes, including an incorrect VAT scheme setup, have left me unable to trust their advice and forced me to double-check everything myself. I’m now moving to another online accountant. I wouldn’t recommend Crunch based on my experience.

claim they are e commerce specialists but i'm constantly having to re check their mistakes and tell them they are wrong (which they are) I nearly paid an extra £20,000 in tax last year thanks to their 'advice' luckily i got better advice from a different firm and they actually helped. Crunch hasn't helped me to save any tax but if anything the exact opposite. Also they are late to their accounts, they have only just sent me my accounts for last year, so now i'm rushed for time on getting it paid.
