I purchased a set of blinds for 2247.72 and once they arrived I discovered the side channel was not the correct style for the blinds that were sent. I contacted customer service just to be told I need to send pictures and then videos of what was wrong. I did everything they asked and have been trying to get them to fix this issue just to be ignored by customer service. I now have blinds that look incomplete since the side channels will not fit. I would advise anyone considering this company to think twice since they do not stand behind any mistake they make and once you get the product incorrect you will be ignored until you finally give up and go away. I would highly reccommend not using them for anything they offer. This experience has been a nightmare and I will never contact them again. Don't let this happen to you.

I originally searched for a UK-based company because I needed my cushions made within a specific timeframe, and the delivery date they advertised matched exactly what I needed. My order was supposed to arrive on 18th May.

After initially receiving an email saying my cover was in production, I received no actual updates regarding my order status, only repeated promotional and sales emails advertising other products.

When 18th May arrived and I still hadn’t heard anything, I decided to call them myself. I was then told there had been “delays in production” and that the order would take another 5–7 working days to complete, plus a further 5–7 working days for shipping. The earliest expected delivery date I was given was around the 28th May, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering I paid extra for priority delivery specifically to avoid this situation.

I have also since learned that the products are being manufactured and shipped from India. During the call, when I asked where the order was coming from, I was initially told “abroad.” Only after pressing further and after a long pause did they finally admit it was coming from India. So in my opinion, their branding gives a misleading impression of being UK-based.

Really disappointed with this experience. Reliability, honesty, communication, and keeping your word are everything for a company. Unfortunately, after reading more recent reviews, delayed deliveries seem to be a recurring issue rather than an exception.

The order was made more than a month ago with NO unsolicited updates provided. Having a approached the twice, two similar emails have been provided with no excuse other than ‘delay in production’ and a promise of a maximum of 48 hours until dispatch (& that was more than a week ago).

Covers are NOT water resistant what so ever! I had a replacement sent out because the 1st one caused the furniture to go mouldy through leaking , last night first bit of rain onto the new cover and it’s wet through. So disappointing and such a waste of money as they aren’t cheap! Don’t buy

Just to add I have had no email what so ever, contacted customer service to see and they are clueless.

The tarpaulin looks very well made and at the moment very happy with it.

I ordered some made to measure clear tarpaulins , based on the images advertised, there was a few issues just trying to get our address on correctly as the site would not work properly on Apple Pay. Finally got it sorted with phone calls and emails.
When the product arrived it was not as described, there were only 1 hole in each corner which was completely unsuitable for the size.
The company were happy to replace at further cost!!!
I can’t recommend them at all, which is a shame.
The product was not as advertised and not fit for purpose!

Was told order would be delivered 11th then told 14th then told 15th when queried was told I'd get shipping cost back still waiting covers made in India would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The address they give on the website is a registered office (accountants?) in Fleet Street in London, the telephone number is Bathgate in West Lothian, Scotland.

The website says "All our covers are designed in Georgia, USA, and manufactured in India."

When we ordered we were shown an estimated delivery date on screen, That has been and gone so we queried what was happening. "Customer Services" cannot give us a delivery date, because they don't know when our order will be made. These are simple rectangular cushions.

We contacted Customer Services again, and they have ignored us.

We have more items we need, but won't be using this company, and would not recommend!

Edit: rating updated to 3 stars after finally receiving the items, which are of good quality. Shame about the rest!

Don’t use this company. Quick to take your money but won’t refund when you cancel. I provided them with a picture and with measurements of the item I needed covering. They sent me a sketch twice and still got it wrong. I asked to cancel and have a refund. This has been going on for a month and they won’t give me my money back. Terrible company !!!!!!

We sadly did not have a good experience with this company. Have read many of the reviews here, I felt confident to order a pergola shade. I was initially bombarded with emails thanking me for my order and telling me when my order would be delivered and that I would be informed when it was in production and when it had been dispatched. Then nothing. I checked the order status on their site but it stayed stuck at ‘Processing’. The delivery date came and went. I emailed to enquire as to the status of the order and was eventually told that the material needed was out of stock. I then had an email saying that the status of the order had changed and I should check on their website. Again I checked and it was still showing that the order was at the first ‘Processing’ stage. I emailed a couple more times and was eventually told that my order would progress once the material was back in stock. I tried phoning the company and got a series of broken automated messages, a bit of ‘hold’ music and then the line went dead. This made me think that the whole operation was possibly a scam, so I phoned my bank who put on hold the funds I’d paid on my credit card. I almost immediately got an email from Covers & All saying my order was in production. I’m afraid I just didn’t trust it by this point and the order was cancelled. I know that there are many positive reviews for this company but it really didn’t work out well for us.

Excellent made to measure cover for our L shaped patio set. Quality of material and fit much better than I expected for a very competitive price. Would definitely recommend Covers & All.

I used Covers&all before and will always recommend them.
I wanted outside cushion covers for foam I had bought from GB Foam Direct and both companies did not disappoint.
Absolutely perfect and they completely elevate my outside seating from the old cushion.
Will be shopping for a cover to fit over the seating ready for the winter.

I ordered some covers to be made, partly based on the length of time they said they would be delivered, 9 days later, I had to reach out to them for an update (to be fair they replied the same day) but now they are saying it will take another 5-7 business days to complete and another 5-7 days for delivery which will be over 2 weeks from the date they originally supplied. I suspect that they are possibly having these made Abroad. BE AWARE and pay with a credit card so you can at least have some protection. Will update once resolved.

UPDATE:

Significantly wrong size, refused refund. Useless.
Cover took 2 weeks to dispatch, no comms at all, and then when it finally did arrive it was ~40% oversized, which is basically useless for a fitted cover.

We ordered 175cm round fitted cover.

We received a 290cm fitted cover.

I raised a ticket asking for a replacement or refund, and they responded (after 4 days) that it was within their 'tolerance' and that no refunds would be issued.

Really unimpressed so far - and not even received my order yet!

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Site claims 24-48 hours to make it, and then 'up to' 7-10 days to deliver.

Well, it took 10 days to make it, and it wasn't dispatched until day 11 after my order date.

...and dispatched from India. At no point did I get any communication about delays or issues.

Nowhere on the site did it say it was coming from India, unless you really dig down into the Shipping FAQ's - and even then it says it's *made* in India but shipped from their ... US warehouse ...

Totally misleading website - covered in British flags but is American company with India manufacturer and warehouse. Shipping date missed, and by the looks of it in their FAQ's, unless they got the SIZE wrong, they don't accept returns.

All of the covers I ordered were custom made. One was an odd shaped curved cushion, so I took the measurements and hoped for the best. I am absolutely delighted with the covers as they all fit perfectly, the material is excellent and they look great. There was a slight delay with delivery, however they were made and delivered within two weeks. Would definitely order from here again.

Quite a long delivery timer but seat cover seems well made and comfortable. Could do with a 'cut out' to make it easier to plug in seat belt

Sent over the measurements for my custom mate cover and received the cover within 7 days great quality and great service 👍 100% recommend

Good products and the covers fitted well although the heights were a little too long touching the ground despite my measuring it shy by 3 cm.
Overall pleased with the results

Easy to measure and great service. I needed these plastic covers so my cats won’t ruin my 2 sofas when I’m out. They are very heavy duty and easy to put on and take off quickly
