I have not installed them yet they look good but the emailing staff was great

Paper thin, not pet friendly, does not fit well. They say these fit all couches - they do NOT. On ours, they do not tuck into the squared off arms and edges, and the foam inserts pop out if you sit down. They charge the customer to return the item, and they do not make it easy to return. Do not waste your money here.

Edit to update: Not only do they make you pay for the return, but they refuse to allow you to return via USPS. This means your return cost is higher. TOTAL SCAM. Also, nobody from the team reached out to me as indicated by their comment. False advertising, horrible product, costly return. STAY AWAY FROM COUCH SKINS.

June was very helpful. And super fast with finding the perfect covers. Just waiting on the husband to order and pick his color choice.

Your representative was great. I sent her a picture of my couch and she advised me on what to get. It came out perfect. She also sent me a picture on how to place each skin on my furniture piece. I am very happy!

I was shocked after placing an order that customer service contacted me to be sure I had the right sizes for the furniture we wanted to cover. Because of their diligence and guidance the couchskin is a great fit for our sectional.

Both chat assistants were wonderful, first Rachel then Makayla! Spent time with me, asked the right questions, even when I wasn't sure what information to provide! Fantastic customer service!!! Thank you!!!

These do not fit my sectional couch despite "guarantees" they fit every couch. The customer service was no help. Having said that, I utilized them for the past 9 months anyway, despite the frumpy look. One of them just wore through so there's a hole. It's only been 9 months. I contacted customer service and they said they aren't interested in helping or standing by their product. Terrible company, terrible product.

I purchased couch skins for all my furniture since I now have a cat that is peeing on the furniture. I specifically purchased waterproof/pet proof covers for this purpose. What I received isn't remotely waterproof - at all. I am now cutting out pieces of my sofa because of fresh pee that soaked right through the couch skin. I'm so unbelievably angry right now. I spent over $500 on these specifically because they were supposed to be waterproof and pet proof.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.

Zero stars. I have been emailing with them trying to return the product because it is complete garbage, their website says you can return within 30 days, but they are not letting me return! They have now stopped responding to me altogether. $180 down the drain.

This was the worst experience ever. There’s little to no customer support, and it took ages for our covers to make it to us from China, and the covers weren’t even shipped until after the promised delivery date.

Once the covers got here, they were ugly and extremely difficult to put on.

The foam inserts pop out frequently.

Blah! I totally got scammed. I ordered and paid for the 3 seat cover and inserts. I received a single seat cover and no inserts. I thought that because they were "branded" it was legit. Boy did I learn the hard way...

Very good covers and exceptional service. Highly recommend you speak to them through chat to get the best sizes. They can look at photos of your couches and recommend the best sizes. Delivery was Free and simple. Premium options are worth it

There needs to be a MINUS Star!!! Couch Skins product advertised as Waterproof is actually sprayed with a chemical that is removed by washing. Water then literally pours through the thin material like a sieve. The chemical smell was so strong on the cover I received it literally affected my breathing (non-smoker and no asthma!) and it took 2 times through the washing machine to remove the horrid chemical they used to "waterproof" their product. Couch Skins website shows pictures of folks putting their covers in a washing machine! No where do they state that washing makes their covers no longer waterproof. More importantly, I genuinely think the chemical is NOT SAFE for pets or humans!!! There are safe products that can be washed and that are still waterproof...(like waterproof mattress pads).

Why didn't I look here for reviews first? The sofa cover does not work well at all for sofas with high arms- probably not very well for any sofa arms. It's just not shaped to fit a sofa shape. It also gets dirty immediately with pet fur. It will not look good even for a minute.

These things are terrible! Every time someone sits on my sectional, the stupid cheap foam inserts pop out and it just looks a complete mess. They ship from China, so it took weeks for them to arrive. $350 wasted!! The ads lured me in with very low prices, but once you see what fits your couch, etc., the price is very different. I spoke with a consultant and ordered exactly what they advised and even purchased extra inserts for more stabilization. I wish I had seen these reviews instead of the fake ones on the website.

They are a complete scam. Thank god I pleaded my case well with my credit card company cause I got my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. If you want to know how I disputed on my cc please let me know.

Their sizing is completely wrong and then they screw you over and steal your money. Customer service is condescending and incredibly unhelpful. I would never order from them and their product is cheap.

Very good service, Alex was wonderful to deal with and helped get my order right when I did not order the right items. They were even happy to send the right sizes free of charge in my case which I can appreciate. Top notch support and they have sizing specialists ready for you through their chat, highly recommend.
