The couch skin stays on pretty well without too much retouching, and the size guidance was spot-on for a good fit. The color is nice! I have no idea what I’m supposed to do with the long strings sewn on the edges. I have some concerns about the durability, as the fabric already has several snags within a few days of use, but time will be the judge. So far, I’m pleased with my purchase and hope it will protect my new couch!

I was disappointed when I saw the package. It was so compressed and didn't look like there was enough room in it for a decent cover and then I put them on my chair. Great fit and good looking.

Do not buy. My $300 shipment is currently “stuck” and was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago. There’s no customer service number to call. They just have this stupid messenger they never answer. I’m hoping I’ll get these and be happy with them but who knows if they’ll even arrive at this point

I bought the size recommended on the website for the dimensions of the couch. The product ripped at the seems as soon as I tried to put it into the couch. When I reached out to the company about doing a return, they tried to sell me a larger size for more money despite their product ripping. When I stated that I wanted to do a return they said that I most read and agree to their return agreement. Upon reading the return agreement I noticed that they charge a 10% fee if you paid for the product in installments which is what I did using the shop app. They also require you to pay the cost for shipping. I would be irritated about covering the shipping cost but could understand it if I wasn't sent a cheap product that costs up to double of competitors products which ripped immediately when I tried to fit it onto my couch. I have asked repeatedly for the return instructions and have yet to receive them. Save yourself some money and irritation and avoid this company.

Couch covers are advertised as waterproof. They are NOT WATERPROOF. They are repellent but if you touch or rub the fabric while it has liquid on it the liquid goes straight through to your couch. Very disappointed as I also waited the better part of a month for them to get to me after I ordered them. I bought these because my cat has been peeing on the couch lately and I need something that will actually catch the liquid before it gets to the couch cushions. These are not it. Going on about a week now trying to return them. Not very happy about response times..

-5 stars, negative 10 stars if I could. Shipping policy says it would take 3-9 days to the US, but it’s taking at least 25 days. At this point I could’ve just ordered off Amazon for the same quality. Plus it says it uses local warehouse which is why shipping is free, but they don’t. It all ships from China, which is only true if you live there. So very misleading. I just wouldn’t do it. Avoid at all costs!

Update: the company refuses to help me and is now trying to get my review removed. These positive reviews are a sham.

This company is a scammy Chinese drop shipper that lies about their processing and shipping timeframes. They tried to force me to take an order that I wanted to cancel because they took 5 days to ship, and then they lied about cancelling it and shipped it anyway from China using Yun Express. Horrible.

We love these covers for our dinette in our airstream! They look fabulous. Love that they are washable since we have dogs.

I ordered and received 5 sofa cushions quickly. The package I received was wrapped up like a basketball covered in packing tape. Difficult to open. When I opened just one of the covers, I could instantly tell they wouldn't work for me. Very thin, my dogs hair would go right through it. I liked the pattern, but it was apparent these were too thin. Emailed the company to return. Could not get a straight answer. Kept trying to upsell me. Finally, by the 3rd or 4th email, I was given a RA#. Shipping back was on me though and they only use FedEx. Shipping back would have cost me 1/4 of the cost of the covers, so I decided to keep them and make them work by putting a towel or material between the cover and cushion. They did give me some money back due to all the hassle I went through. Last night, my dog dribbled on the cushion (he's anxious and it just comes out - the reason I wanted at least liquid resistant) and it went right through the cover. The only thing I like about these are the design and how easy they are to put on. They are crap, IMO.

I love them! Just washed for the first time and all the dirt from my pup came out and they did not shrink! Very happy with this product!

Such lovely customer service, you can literally send them photos of your couch by chat and they will size it for you. Send them a link to where you got it if you can, they make it so simple

Product works described and great value. Much better than the cheap ones I had before. I accidently ordered one less item and they were very polite and helpful towards taking care of it. 5 stars

The product is as described. We definitely recommend Couchskins. We have 2 cats..not once have they scratched or pawed at the material but they love to sprawl out on it. When they shed, their fur remains on top of the couch skins which prevents their fur from getting to the couch itself. Couch skins are extremely easy to wash and they come out like new. We ordered a second set and plan to order for our chairs. We feel this is an excellent product along with great customer service. We were kept informed about the delivery progress right through the delivery itself
