This product was not pictured or described as it was. I have returned the product, but I was was required to use the most expensive method, FedEx, for return. I received it through the mail and was told I could not send it back that way. It cost me almost 25.00 to return it. Credit

Worst product I have ever ordered! They sent two little things that I guess is supposed to fit my cushions. Won’t even cover half of it. I was even on the phone with the customer service people and gave them the sizes of my cushions and they told me what to order won’t even come close to fitting. They drop ship from China so it took three weeks to get the products. These people are just drop shippers I strongly and I mean strongly recommend you did not order from them. If you’ll notice their Facebook Page they delete all the comments probably because of so many bad reviews. trying to get my money back we’ll see how that works.

I don't even give 1 star out of 5 but I couldn't continue unless I clicked on one. Their website is deceiving and their product not worth even half the cost. I wanted to cover my entire couch with ottomon so I ordered the cover. Delivery said 5-9 days its been 6 weeks and I just got ONLY the ottomon cover. I told them I ordered the entire cover they said I had to order it separately. This place is a ripoff.

Order was as described. Delivery tracking was spot on! The couch skins fit our chaise and couch cushions perfectly! We have 2 cats who generally love to scratch at any cover but not these. We're very happy with this product. We highly recommend this company and it's product.

I would give zero stars if I could.. these are not waterproof, not soft, and are not separate pieces as it shows on line. It is one big piece of material that you have to tie on and use styrofoam tubes to keep in place. After removing them from the big ball of tape that was apparently the packing my fingers started to feel as though I had just used steel wool to wash dishes! I don’t know what is going on with this company but I am disgusted and do not recommend! Don’t waste your money!

Everything fits great and looks wonderful. Just ordered second set.

LOVE the new look on my couch- it really transformed the room and took a piece of furniture I was indifferent toward to something that brings me joy. My critiques are 1- the skins were a pain in the a** to put on and get them sitting right. The provided foams helped but every once in a while I need to push them back down. 2- I got the pine green which I love, but it really shows any light colored dirt, crumbs, etc. I need to lint roll daily to keep it looking fresh.

Worst customer service EVER. Not responsive. I wanted to return my item bc, although it was called “grayscale” it was beige. No one offered to make an exchange. If I want to return the item, I must pay to return it….and only by FedEx Ground. If you use USPS or UPS, they will not accept the return. You have to take a pic of your FedEx Ground receipt to get a refund. No thanks. I rather set this crap on fire than deal with them anymore.

I ordered the pet proof covers. 11 to be specific. I only received 10, which isn't even the biggest issue.
These are made extremely cheaply. They are NOT water or pet proof. I got them today and immediately tested it before remover the twin size covers off my couch. 1/10 will not be buying again and will not recommend to my pet clients or friends.
There were also no care instructions or guide, just a bunch of cheap covers in plastic baggies.

I really hope this is actually read, bc I would like to know yall's opinion...
I love having a couch cover that fits my couch so well & it looks so much better than the bed sheets I was using to cover it. My problem: It's already got holes in it from my dogs. I had wanted to purchase some for the recliner & other chair I have, but glad I didn't since the current one already has several holes on both ends. This cover is not thick at all & can't take the scratching & clawing. PLEASE inform me of what to do about that!!! I love how comfortable the one I got from you is!!

This is my second time ordering, and customer service makes it easy every time. Real people will answer any questions you have. We have a well- used couch complete with teenagers and a dog so they do get a bit worn after period of time. I have these as a back up when it’s time to replace the first set.

These covers are as advertised and wash well. It's not jmmediate delivery but they are worth the wait. I was particularly pleased with customer service. One piece was missing. They responded to my inquiry and fixed it immediately, like within minutes. I was very impressed and would do business with them again for that reason.

Great customer service!!! They helped me find the perfect fit for my sectional AND sent me replacement covers with no hesitation when some of the items I ordered came in the wrong color. Their customer support via email is very fast at responding and super nice and helpful! Thank you guys!!

So far, so good. Very timely delivery - met my expectations. I like the feel of the covers - soft and extra stretchy. However, the labels didn’t give me an indication of size/dimensions so I had a little trouble figuring out which ones were for the seat cushions and which ones were for the back cushions. All in all, so far I’m very happy with my purchase.

Customer service was good. They were helpful in getting my order together. I have a couch that is not a standard size.
Downsides are:
- they don’t make a cover that fits one of my cushions
- none of the labels, tags or directions are in English.

I don't know how they have so many positive reviews on their site. The material is like a jersey cotton bedsheet but transparently thin. It smelled, it had fuzz on it when I opened it and some kind of weird film that caused me to wash my hands immediately.

I followed their measurement instructions on the site and took the measurements, twice. I have an L-shaped couch that I was hoping to protect from pets. Again, the site makes this look very easy and nice-looking.

They simply did not fit, no amount of maneuvering was going to get them there. I told them how the sight of these ill-fitting skins and the poor, poor, poor quality made me want to cry for spending $125 on two of these. I hate myself for believing them.

They offered a REPLACEMENT - key word here! - of the next size up from what I had ordered, or a 20% refund (which comes to about $25). I said I'd take the replacement and they said they would send me an invoice for the difference in cover costs. A replacement? with an additional charge? I offered to send the bad ones back, they declined. Why would you use the word replacement? Why not say "you can buy the next size up and we will credit you what you have already paid"?

I don't know how the people working there can feel comfortable selling something I wouldn't even use as a bedsheet, and then making a really terrible deal to customers to make it right. Pay more? or get a fraction of my money back? in for a penny, in for a pound, right?

I will update if anything changes but woohoo their CLIENT HAPPINESS team sure knows how to keep you anything but happy!

These are expensive and they don't fit that well. Plus I ordered waterproof and these definitely are not.

The quality of the product far exceeded my expectations! It looks great, feels comfortable, and fits perfectly on my odd shaped couch! The website was helpful and clear when selecting the required sizes! I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Complete garbage. This is supposed to be a waterproof pet cover for a couch. This is definitely not waterproof and can barely be called a couch cover. Extremely extremely cheap material for a very high cost. This is a complete rip off stay away from this garbage

Easy ordering, great customer service, fast shipping. The product is easy to use and effective, but the fabric is darker and a different texture than it appeared online - kind of ugly and doesn't really match the couch. However, it's serving the purpose of protecting the couch from my toddler and newborn, so overall I am satisfied!
