Cotswold Surveyors Recensioni

A thorough and careful survey was done and it was completely comprehensive and comprehendible. a top surveyor!

The service was great. Availability for booking was better than expected and the follow-up report and call from Guy was very thorough, gave me a lot of confidence as a first time buyer who didn't have much knowledge of what to look out for on a property purchase. Would highly recommend. Also in line with market rate when comparing to other local firms.

Very thorough and very pleasant, took time to explain things and point out what needed to be attended to and investigated further.
Very patient with an elderly lady who has never bought a property alone before.

Carried out a "red book" valuation for me. Easy to arrange and efficiently carried out

We had problems estimating the rebuild costs of our much modified house. Cotswold Surveyors were able to provide a report and valuation which completely met our needs

The service was very efficient and flexible.

The survey produced was very detailed and easy to read.

Excellent service - speedy response and very thorough report , and I liked the personal call to talk through the key items

Would recommend

Quick response. Local and professional.

Swift response on our initial enquiry and the subsequent survey that was done followed by a comprehensive report

Absolutely brilliant. Really quick to respond to requests, fast service and a really thorough report. Good price as well. Thank you.

We have had a brilliant experience using Cotswold Surveyors on two separate occasions. They are extremely professional and communication has been great from the staff in the office to Hazel our Surveyor. We would highly recommend and definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with Cotswold Surveyors from start to finish.
Excellent communication
Charles was a Friendly, approachable Surveyor, who explained everything as he went along, he was very thorough and helpful.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very responsive, helpful and professional

I Overwhelmingly impressed with the professionalism with which the survey was undertaken. Not only was the written report detailed and meticulously compiled but the verbal report was caring and as if the surveyor were considering buying the property himself.
Above and beyond merely conducting the survey the surveyor was pleased to help with recommendations for service people that I could obtain quotes from for doing such work as was necessary in consequence of the survey conclusions.
Thank you very much.

Cotswold Surveyors was recommended to me. The team were attentive, helpful and friendly. I was impressed with the quick response to any questions I had (and there were many, as a first time buyer!). Thank you for walking me through this process.

After the survey I was contacted by phone and given a verbal detailed survey report on the property I am buying and I was able to ask questions about it which I found very useful as well as the written report.

Fantastic, diligent and reassuring! Best out there

Thorough, responsive and value for money, thank you Cotswold Surveyors.

Easily arranged, surveyor turned up when she said she would, did a thorough job and was prepared to discuss with me, and most importantly, unlike other surveyors, the company didn't insist on payment BEFORE the job. The report was completed in 2 days too.

I had recently moved to the area and wanted a surveying service for a house purchase. Cotswold Surveyors responded swiftly, professionally and were able to provide me with a survey report that met my needs. Their surveyor phoned me straight after the survey to give me the main points, which I found very helpful, and then the final report came straight after payment. Well worth the money as I have been able to raise some questions with my solicitor as a result. I would definitely use them again.
