I researched several local mould specialists in my area, and Aiden’s Mould Removal were by far the best in terms of professionalism and expertise.

A special thank you to Sarri, who took great care in diagnosing the issue and explaining everything clearly. Although it wasn’t great news to discover that my entire loft is affected by mould, I now have clarity, direction, and a much better understanding of the root cause of my ongoing health issues.

Their attention to detail, honesty, and genuine integrity are rare to find these days. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone dealing with mould or damp concerns.

I had a very positive experience with Sarri and his team. From the start, they were polite, friendly, and approachable, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. They clearly have a strong understanding of the complexities involved in mould remediation and took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and reassure me along the way.

What stood out was the care they showed towards my home — they worked efficiently, respected the space, and left everything neat and orderly once their part of the project was complete.

Sarri is a star. I don’t seem to have a great deal of luck with leaks which means I have had to use Sarri before (separate jobs). He really does go above and beyond to do everything he can for you. When you suffer from mould sickness and find mould in your house it can leave you feeling very vulnerable and worried. Yet again, Sarri and his team have really pushed out all the stops to make my house safe. I had to move out while he was doing the latest job. Two hours before I moved out I discovered another leak with mould which changed the scope of the job. But he just got on with it, put in extra time and got extra support to finish the job. As before, he kept me informed at every stage of the process. It takes a lot to leave your house and entrust it with someone but I felt like my home was in safe hands. He is very patient, professional and kind. My insurance company sent round someone to inspect the property while I was not there and he very kindly dealt with them and answered all their questions about the job. A big thanks again to him and his team. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

From the very first email I sent, Sarri was outstanding. He went above and beyond to reply out of office hours and to schedule a 2-day home inspection over a weekend.
Sarri worked a very long day and was extremely thorough, listening and responding to all of my specific concerns. He kept us updated throughout.
I can’t recommend this company enough. Sarri travelled from London to carry out the inspection, which is over 100 miles. You can immediately see he is an expert in his field and understands medical and health concerns that surround mould issues, as well as the intricate technical knowledge needed to do an expert job.

Very knowledgeable resolved the mold issue I was having in my bathroom it's been a ongoing issue I had but the job was getting done in the correct manner was just covering issue after a few months the mould will return its been 5 months now since Aiden had removed the mould from my bathroom and it hasn't returned so safe to say Id highly recommend this company

Aiden was fantastic when we asked him to come in and assess some suspected mould we spotted on our move in date. He clearly explained all the signs, found the cause (water leak, stains still visible), and advised us on next steps (we opted for some swaps that would be sent to lab testing, and the results were done within a few o up hours). The report was done very swiftly and was very comprehensive, with photos, suspected cause, lab results, necessary action all laid out very clearly. This helped us tremendously in getting back to the landlord.

Sarri and his colleagues were incredibly helpful when I contracted them to investigate and resolve some mould issues with my flat.

He was great at communicating with me throughout the process - responding very promptly to my original request, and then sending me frequent updates on their findings and recommended next steps throughout their work. They took super good care of locating and safely removing mold and they cleaned the space afterwards, using specialised cleaning methods. (Apparently this is an often overlooked step, which is essential to get the place properly clean). They stay up to date with the latest research and even though they're already the best in their field, they always look for ways to improve themselves even beyond everything they're doing already. Sarri is always available for any follow up questions and has been nothing short of amazing in trying to help us sort any other / new mold issues.
