Cotswold Surveyors Recensioni

Incredible service. Very responsive, always a positive interaction, and the survey was dilligent and professional.

Very thorough survey and excellent verbal and written reports, plus extra support on queries.

Cotswold Surveyors were recommended by a friend. Our surveyor did an excellent job and was very thorough, with a follow up call to discuss findings on the day which put our minds at ease.

Surveyors with a real passion for their work. I'm so glad I went with Cotswold Surveyors, not only was I called after the survey was carried out, but I was told in depth about the house and what to do to keep it maintained in the future. The detail he went into ways incredible.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough - a great service, very detailed report that isn’t just a tick box exercise - the surveyor was on site for a full day and took the time to call me afterwards for over 60 minutes to walk though his findings ahead of the report.

Really good service and gave us the piece of mind to make the purchase.

Professional and extremely helpful company who gave sound and honest advice. They are very knowledgeable and I definitely recommend them should you need a surveyor

It was easy to book and the communication was great at all times. The survey itself was thorough and the surveyor called on the same day to provide a summary over the phone, which was really helpful.

Cotswold Surveyors carried out a Level 2 survey for us recently and the entire process was excellent from start to finish. Guy carried out our survey and called us the same day to discuss his findings in detail. He was incredibly knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions we had. The report was delivered promptly and the survey ultimately enabled us to make a more informed decision.

Feedback following survey was prompt, on the sameday via phone from Guy then the written report was received within a week. After searching for a quality surveyor and reading reviews we were not disappointed with our choice. Would highly recommend Cotswold Surveyors. Our solicitor also commented on the speed and content of the report.

I was recommended to use them via Breckon & Breckon in Witney. I did contact a few other firms but found Cotswold Surveyors to be the most helpful, friendly and reasonably priced for the service required. They carried out their report as agreed and gave me excellent feed back via a phone call with the surveyor and in writing. All very helpful and clear with the knowledge I could go back an ask additional questions at any time. I would definitely use them again.
