Easy on line repeat ordering with prompt delivery. We’ve been using Strong White Eight Grain & Costwold Crunch for around 20 years in our bread maker and enjoyed ever slice.
Consistently good quality flour. Easy to use website with some great recipe ideas in the home baking section. I buy all my flour from Mathews and have done since before the pandemic.

Bread machine organic souedough
I use a bread machine for creating sourdough organic loaves and buns
Cotswold do a variety of organic flours and lm experimenting with great success
They also provide an extensive range of appropriate videos by Elaine Boddy

Hi, excellent
Hi, Both flour, emmer wheat and einkorn are excellent.
I knead them in piping hot water added with thyme seeds and pink himalyan salt, I make indian daal and vegetable and me and my husband relish the chapatis made out of these two flours, very good quality. I will definitely recommend them. I will continue to order from here. Thank you

We've been buying Matthews's…
We've been buying Matthews's stoneground wholemeal flour for our breadmaker since the great flour shortage at the beginning fo the pandemic and we haven't looked back. Works perfectly every time and tastes brilliant, just like this morning's loaf.

Fast delivery of great flour
Website is easy to use, the flour delivered quickly. The "8 Seed Multigrain" makes the most amazing bread in a breadmaker. Far better than the mass produced supermarket stuff and a bag of the flour costs less than a loaf of artisanal bread which still doesn't taste quite as good.

Usual good service
As per usual my order was sent promptly and arrived safely.
Have ordered SR flour for the first time, but had no reason to start using it yet, so can give no review on that.
The bread flour is working well as usual. (8Grain + Crunchy Bran)

Delivery as promised. Products? Well, even better than ever! The flour had long best-by dates and the bread made with it was better than with other organic flours of my recent experience (and I have been home-baking regularly for over 40 years).
