3. Proof of Purchase Requirement
To process a refund, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. This helps us validate the purchase and initiate the refund process smoothly.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely return of the product. Casa Argentina is not liable for items lost in return transit.
5. Inspection and Refund Approval Process
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Exclusions from the 100% Money-Back Guarantee
The 100% Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to:

Perfection on a plate
Good customer service, I bought a 3lb piece of Black label Sirloin, cut it in to 1.5 inch, 1lb steaks, cooked on the BBQ and finished in butter and rosemary and they were the best tasting steaks, I've had in years, perfection on a plate.
