Easy to order, I was informed when dispatched and updated on when delivery would be. Since discovering Matthews Cotswold Crunch and 8 Grain Flour they are the only flours I use in my Bread Maker. The bread is so tasty, much better than any other flours I have used previously.

I love using this flour as do my customers. I think it is so important to use good quality products, especially if like me you are making real food for real people. The only issue I have is that sometimes they have run out of some of the flour!

I’ve had a few direct deliveries from Matthew’s Cotswold Flour and also bought it from my local supermarket. The delivery and prompt sending of orders is excellent with everything well packed and arriving in perfect condition, but what about the products? I can honestly say that the flour and choice of grains, mills and blends is incredible. I didn’t know that so many existed. I make my own bread and baked goods both because I have allergies and I only eat high quality unprocessed plant based foods, no additives. With such a range of flours to choose from eating well is so easy. I make everything from sourdoughs, French and Italian breads, flat breads and buns to indulgent soft white rolls, which, whilst not on the healthy radar, are a great treat. Using high quality flours for cakes and pastries does help to make some of the toughest bakes much easier to succeed in. With Christmas marching up to meet us within just a few months, stocking up on flour needs ahead of time is the ideal way to prepare without the stress. I highly recommend Matthew’s Cotswold Flour for every reason and more that I’ve just given.

Matthews Cotswolds Flour is Absolutely superb, fabulous quality flour, excellent choice of different flours to cater for all my baking needs from bread, pizza base, cakes, cookies and all things baked. As a novice bread & sourdough home baker it has been nice to try different flours with excellent results. Have tried some of their recipes, delicious! Highly recommend, fantastic company all the way!

Really lovely flour I really note the difference from other organic branded supermarket flour , ordered a selection of plain , self raising, strong white bread ans wholegrain spelt , it makes a really yummy loaf and best thing is , no folic acid added so as long as that stays the same I have found a lovely new flour company
