My experience with Coracle was…

My experience with Coracle was terrible.
I waited 12 months for a visa interview, and after a long wait, I was finally accepted. Shortly before, I notified Coracle that the visa process had begun, and they replied that my account remained active. My account was active. But then they sent me a letter stating that their documents could not be used for the visa process. They blocked my account without warning me, and I can't access it.

Poor Service

Poor Service – Transfer Still Not Done

Very disappointed with Coracle. Despite repeatedly explaining the urgency, there has been no proper response or clear update.

My classes have already started, and this delay is directly affecting my visa and future. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

Just initiate the transfer right now.

Coracle incompetence

I have been waiting for visa appointment for 8 months and after 8 month's i got the appointment however just before that coracle send me mail that there documents cannot be used without any prior information or alternate way. Now they holding our funds while our visa application on the verge of cancelation.

Poor Customer Service

Dear Coracle Support Team,
I am writing to you again regarding my blocked account, for which I have sent multiple emails over the past 10 days without receiving any response.
This situation is now extremely critical.
I have a strict embassy deadline of 15 April to submit a verifiable blocked account confirmation. Due to your lack of response and ongoing service issues, I am unable to proceed with my visa application.
Please note the following:
* Your service is currently non-operational and not responding to clients.
* My funds are held under your system via Lemonway.
* Your inaction is directly putting my academic future at risk.
Therefore, I am formally requesting the immediate transfer of my full blocked amount to Fintiba .
If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter further by:
* Filing a formal complaint with Lemonway (your financial partner)
* Reporting the issue to financial regulatory authorities
* Initiating legal proceedings for recovery of funds and damages
I urge you to treat this matter with urgency and professionalism and provide an immediate resolution.
This is my final attempt to resolve this issue directly with Coracle.

Worst Experience, Visa at Risk Due to Coracle.

I rarely leave reviews, but this situation is extremely serious.

After waiting 8 months, I had my German visa interview on 30 March. Shortly after, Coracle invalidated my blocked account confirmation, even though they are holding my funds. Because of this, the embassy cannot verify my finances.

I now have a strict deadline of 15 April (no extension), and my visa is at real risk.

Despite submitting all required documents and being told my funds would be transferred to Fintiba, over two weeks have passed with no progress. I was recently told the transfer has not even been initiated, which is honestly shocking.

I also asked for a simple official letter confirming my funds, but only received generic replies—no real help.

This delay is not my fault, yet I may lose my visa, my admission, and months of effort because of it.

If this is not resolved urgently, I will have no option but to leave the lowest possible rating and strongly warn others about trusting Coracle with such an important process.

Poor Service Provider

In August 2025 I created a blocked account on coracle. After waiting for about a year when my visa process started I got mail from coracle in which they informed me that all the documents that i got from coracle are no longer valid and now I have to shift to fintiba. I have been mailing them since 9th March 2026 but neither I got any of the document nor my funds are transferred to fintiba account, after waiting for more than a month my issue is still unresolved.
They are replying to my mail after 4 to 5 days and still asking me to wait. I have been informing them continuously that embassy has given me deadline but they don't even bother  

In short they don't have any respect for customer and they don't treat your case on priority even if you are in trouble and having risk to lose visa

Poor management, poor service, worst experience. Today my visa is at risk  just because of coracle. My worst decision was to trust coracle.

Note to coracle:
I don't need you to reply here on the trustpilot review section, reply to my mails and transfer my funds!!!!!!

Worst experience

Worst experience. Fraud!!
I have submitted 11948 euro in their blocked account. A few days before my visa appointment they notified me that my blocked is no longer valid.
Despite multiple emails their support is NOT replying! Only giving automated generalized responses!

I will Sue them in German court if my visa got delayed!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: they replied to my this review that my case is already being reviewed when they don't even know my full name or email or coracle customer ID. They ABSOLUTELY LYING!!!!

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with Coracle and would strongly advise others to be cautious before choosing their services.

I opened a blocked account with them as part of my student visa process, which is already a time-sensitive and stressful situation. Unfortunately, Coracle failed to handle my case with the urgency and professionalism required. After requesting a transfer of my funds to another provider, I experienced significant delays with little to no meaningful communication.

Their responses were mostly generic and did not address my specific concerns. Despite multiple follow-ups, I did not receive clear timelines or proper updates. This lack of responsiveness created unnecessary stress and put my visa process at risk.

For a service that deals with students’ finances and futures, this level of inefficiency is unacceptable. I expected a much higher standard of customer support and accountability.

Overall, my experience with Coracle has been disappointing, and I would not recommend them to others dealing with important financial and visa-related matters.

Got my blocked account for germany…

Got my blocked account for germany through coracle. When i reached germany and wanted to finally activate my payouts, coracle decided to drop all pakistani accounts and we are now left with no way to get our funds nor do we have any money to survive now. This is so unethical! They have not been responding to any emails, they keep ignoring our mails and we still have no way to access our money

Coracle delayed my funds transfer

I am a master's student and funded my blocked account via Coracle. Right after I received my visa, Coracle asked me to transfer my funds to Fintiba. I complied with all their requirements and sent them all the documents on the following day. It has been 17 days, and I have not received a single response from Coracle despite sending several reminder emails. Now that I am in Germany, my survival is becoming alarming while my funds remain stuck with Coracle. It has been a very distressful experience with Coracle, but I hope they transfer my funds soon so that I may get on with my life.

Application at risk because of them

I would have given them 0 star if was possible there. My VISA is at risk because of them. My visa is at risk just because of them. Never ever buy any service from them in future, they don't give a ___ to your future. They reply you the same copy paste already written messages. No solid action. My visa is at risk because of no updated blocked amount as my funds are stuck with them. I am now looking for reapplying for visa but don't know if they still care. Never buy blocked account from them and their partners in any case. Go for other options.

Coracle, if you're real professionals please transfer my money to fintiba account I have shared with you? I have registered account with you on my Gmail. Please if you have any professional ethics, do it soon.

I don't want the reply like, "We understand how stressful this situation is especially give the urgency of your visa timeline. Your case is already with our support team. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible." No no no, I don't want this response. I want action. I also not want reply of sending email to them as they don't response. Tell something else.

I am writing this as his first cousin

I am writing this as his first cousin, and although I am posting from my own independent account, I am directly connected to his situation and have seen everything closely.

I have personally watched him spend countless nights working tirelessly to secure his admission in Germany. He gave everything—his time, energy, and focus—to achieve this dream, and as a family, we supported him with our hard-earned money to make it possible. He is the hope of our entire family.

He is already in his second semester, has paid all his university fees, and is attending online classes while waiting to go to Germany. He even waited around 8–9 months just to secure a visa appointment, which shows the level of patience and dedication involved.

But now, without any proper notice, Coracle has suddenly made his account invalid. This has put him in an extremely painful and stressful situation at a very critical stage of his life.

I have seen the impact of this firsthand—he has developed severe stress and insomnia, unable to sleep properly for days. The embassy is also putting overwhelming pressure on students with strict deadlines, making the situation even more unbearable.

This is not just a technical issue—this is someone’s future. For our entire family, he represents hope, and watching this situation unfold is heartbreaking.

Bad service. I need to claim to BaFIN

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Coracle GmbH.

Without any prior notice, my blocked account confirmation was effectively invalidated. I did not receive any communication regarding a cancellation, restriction, or any issue with my account.

At the same time, my monthly payouts have already been delayed, which raises serious concerns about the reliability of this provider.

I have contacted their support and provided all requested documents, but the issue remains unresolved. I have now formally requested either a restoration of the blocked account confirmation or a full refund of my funds.

I have given Coracle GmbH a deadline of 3 working days to resolve this matter.

If the situation is not resolved within this timeframe, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint with the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this provider.

I am writing this as an uncle

I am writing this as an uncle. My nephew is the only hope for our entire family’s future, and we have invested a significant amount of effort and hard-earned money to support his dream of studying in Germany.

He is already in his second semester, has paid his university fees, and is attending online classes while waiting to go to Germany. He even waited nearly 8 months just to secure a visa appointment, and after all that effort, everything was finally moving forward with hope.

However, Coracle suddenly stopped functioning properly without any formal notice and declared his account invalid. This has put him in an extremely critical situation at the worst possible time.

This situation has created immense stress for our entire family. He has not been able to sleep for days due to anxiety and uncertainty. The embassy is putting strict pressure and deadlines on students, and visas are at risk of rejection because of this issue.

This is not a small inconvenience this is about students’ futures and families’ dreams. How can such a serious matter be handled so irresponsibly?

We sincerely request Coracle to urgently resolve this issue. The future of many students, including my nephew, is in your hands.

Extremely Unprofessional | Refusal to provide essential Confirmation | Delays funds transfer

Coracle's support team has been thoroughly unprofessional, and has often straight up not helped hundreds of students who have their blocked accounts stuck in their accounts without any way of verification for the Consular Services Portal. Many customers like myself have complied with every step on the way to have their funds transferred out and yet the entire process is slow, uncertain, and has no clarity on what is happening. They can not make a single transfer from Coracle to recipient's new blocked account or even offer a refund. What a shame.
