Refund or Funds transfer due to Blocked Account Cancellation

My Block account was cancelled, I have tried reaching out to support team multiple times, but they are not responding. I have already shared my Fintiba account details with them last month, but no action has been taken. I am in Germany, and I need funds to sustain. I will be visiting Coracle Hamburg office to resolve the issue as email or phone support is not available.

I have been trying to get my refund for…

I have been trying to get my refund for more than one month, and no one is responding properly. Every time I contact you, I just receive the same copy-paste message saying “we are working on it.” What exactly are you working on? Making people fool?
This is very pathetic behavior. Even Pakistani banks are much, much faster and better than your service, and you call yourself a big economy company in Germany.
I am extremely disappointed. Please refund my money immediately instead of sending repeated automated replies.

Funds Blocked, No Communication – My Visa Application Completely at Risk with No Options Left

I am facing a very serious issue with Coracle regarding my blocked account.

Initially, I could not download my blocked account confirmation. After waiting several days, I was told that the document is no longer valid. At that time, I was informed that monthly payouts would still continue.

Later, this completely changed. I was told that both the confirmation and monthly payouts are not possible anymore, and that the only option is a refund.

I submitted all required documents for the refund immediately. Since then, there has been no response at all. Multiple emails have been ignored, and phone support is not working and only redirects to email.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. At least respond to emails. Even a basic update is not being provided.

I am completely stuck because of this. I urgently need this money to open a new blocked account and proceed with my visa application, but I am not receiving any communication or timeline. My visa application is now at serious risk, no alternative documents are being accepted, and my current visa is also close to expiring. I am running out of time, and there is currently no option left for me to move forward.

This situation is being handled very poorly, and there is no clarity or responsibility shown from Coracle’s side.

Funds Not Transferred Despite Multiple Requests – No Response from Support

I am extremely disappointed with Coracle’s service. I shared my Fintiba blocked account transfer details on 31st March and provided all the required documents promptly. Despite this, my funds have still not been transferred.

What is even more frustrating is the lack of communication — they are not responding to my emails at all. This delay is causing serious stress as my visa appointment is approaching soon.

Very poor experience so far.

I am extremely disappointed with your service. I have been continuously emailing you since the last week of March, yet I have received no proper response from your side. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable.
I have an upcoming visa appointment, and I am being given strict deadlines to submit my blocked account documents. Due to your delayed and unresponsive service, my entire visa process is now at risk.
Despite sending multiple emails, all I receive if anything at all are delayed or generic replies that do not address my concern. This lack of professionalism is causing serious inconvenience and stress.
At the very least, you should provide me with a clear timeline for when my issue will be resolved. I need this information urgently so I can request an extension for my visa deadline if necessary.
I expect an immediate and concrete response. Further delay will only worsen the situation and reflect poorly on your service.

Total radio silence – Fixing the system or stealing time? Act now before I report to BaFin!

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of support from Coracle. I have been waiting since September 2025 to access my funds because I was a minor. Now that I am 18 and have provided every single required document, Coracle has gone completely silent.
The website is broken, the activation button doesn't work, and my urgent emails have been ignored for over a week. This is not just a "technical glitch"—this is a total failure to manage students' essential living funds.
Consider this my final warning. If my account is not manually activated within the next 48 hours, I will be filing a formal complaint with BaFin (The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) and seeking legal advice to recover my funds. I will also be sharing my experience across all international student communities to warn others.

Its been like 18 days I have said to transfer my amount to Fintiba account but I have got not update even process is not intiated yet. That is very irresponsible behavior. We are in waiting list for 9 month when it comes to submit documents to embassy we are facing this issue from coracle and not even replying to emails

Near my appointment date they stopped…

Near my appointment date they stopped their services, asked to take a refund and disappered. They didn't respond for weeks and gave the same automated response.

They caused me to lose my visa opportunity foe which I waited for 7 - 8 months. I would like to sue them. They are complete irresponsible and would't even give me a refund.

They will also write a lame automated below this stating that they are looking into this but all lies.

Urgent: No Access to My Funds – Immediate Action Required

I had a very bad experience with Coracle.

Just 1–2 days before my flight, I was suddenly informed that they had stopped services related to blocked accounts and that I would not be able to access my funds after arriving in Germany. This was extremely unprofessional and stressful, especially for a student who arranged everything based on their system.

It has now been 2 weeks since I arrived in Germany, and I still have no access to my money.

On March 30, I was told they needed my consent, which I gave immediately. Since then, I have sent multiple emails, but I have received no response at all.

I am already in Germany with very limited money. I cannot even activate my health insurance, and I am struggling to manage basic survival. I have even had to skip meals because of this situation.

Their lack of response and responsibility is shocking. Leaving students in such a situation and then completely ignoring them is unacceptable.

Very disappointing and stressful experience.

Urgent Transfer to Fintiba

Hey, I am facing a very critical issue. The deadline has been given to me by German Embassy Islamabad of 15th April. It’s 13th April, I see no response from coracle. I have emailed multiple times, for tramsferal to fintiba. I have myself provider all docs related to fintiba account, at least you should reply for once. I am emailing with a new ticket number & no ticket number is being generated. My 8 months of waiting can go waste just because of you. Please respond as soon as possible.

Transfer my Funds to Fintiba

I have been using Coracle services since last year but this year I don’t understand why this is happening. Coracle used to be the best, but now my deadline is very near and I am not getting any proper response—only excuses. My deadline is 15 April and I have already submitted my documents for transfer but still no update.

No funds have been received

I am currently experiencing a serious issue with Coracle regarding a refund of €9,080.00.

On 4 March 2026, Coracle confirmed that the full amount had been transferred to the recipient’s bank account and that the blocked account was emptied and would be closed automatically.

However, as of 12 April 2026:

* No funds have been received
* The receiving bank confirms there is no incoming transfer
* The account has not been closed as stated
* Coracle has not provided any proof of transfer (no transaction reference, no SEPA confirmation)

Instead, support repeatedly gives generic responses, asking us to check with the bank, while failing to provide evidence that the transfer was actually executed.

A SEPA transfer within the EU does not take over one month. This lack of transparency and accountability is very concerning.

At this point, I am requesting either:

* official proof of transfer, or
* immediate re-transfer/refund of the full amount

If we do not receive a complete and documented response within 5 business days, we will escalate the matter further to the relevant banking ombudsman and regulatory authorities (s.e. BaFin, European Consumer Centre etc) on 16.04.2026.

I hope Coracle will refund the money urgently.

Worst customer support+ holding my funds

Very bad service


Coracle stop telling me the same replies as you give in emails

For almost five months now, I have been receiving the same explanations and reassurances, yet there has been no real progress. My issue remains unresolved, and I still have not received my funds.

At this point, I am no longer interested in repeated explanations or promises. I simply need a clear resolution and the immediate return of my money. The continuous delays and inconsistent information have already caused me significant inconvenience and serious problems.

I urge you to treat this matter with the urgency it requires and provide a concrete solution without any further delay.

I expect a prompt and definitive response.

Guys don’t trust this organization

Guys don’t trust this organization, my cousin opened a blocked account then when he applied for a visa in the embassy they told he to add more funds, so he contacted to the Coracle’s team they told to do a refund because they stopped to expand accounts, so he provided all documents for the refund process and almost six months he is waiting!!!! He missed all his deadlines. Guys I’m honestly recommend you do not trust this organization with your money. They are acting like a fraud organization!!!!

Extremely Disappointed — Do Not Trust Them With Your Money

I am deeply disappointed with Coracle and would not recommend them to anyone.

They held my money for 8 months, and when I actually needed it for my visa application, they emailed me saying it was "not valid" — as if it was my mistake.

When I started following up asking them to either refund my money or transfer it to my Fintiba account, all I received were copy-paste generic replies with absolutely no real solution. It has been 11 days of my begging them with zero urgency and zero accountability from their side.

My visa deadline is already here and I am still waiting. This is completely irresponsible and untrustworthy. I will never trust Coracle with a single dollar again.

To anyone reading this — please think twice before using Coracle. Your money and your future are too important to risk with a company like this.

And to Coracle — please do NOT respond to this review with another generic copy-paste reply. Just do better
