Lovely to look at . The pouring aperture is slightly too small , so unless you pour really slowly you get a dribble down the side . It’s a shame

Always reliable for quality and performance

Ordered some coffee beans from their online shop. Unfortunately the bag of beans contained a small stone which totally ruined the burrs on my grinder. The problem was acknowledged by this company but after a lot of hot air from the ‘head roaster’ they began to stop replying to my emails.

Better than a costa!!
Wish it were a touch cheaper but this is the best coffee I’ve bought to date! Bought a Costa after making a home brew and it tasted cheap! Great coffee!!

Matt was very friendly during my training session. He took his time explaining the components needed to turn a bad cup of coffee into an excellent cup of coffee. I learned so much from him and I will never look at a simple coffee bean the same again :) Thanks Matt!

I placed an order online which arrived incomplete as one of the items had fallen out of the postbag which has split. I have had absolutely no response to my email, a voicemail nor their online chat function for a week.
I want the missing item to be sent or a refund for that part of the order.

Update: within a couple of hours of leaving this review, I got an automated email from an delivery firm saying that my replacement item would be delivered today and sure enough it has been. Still no direct communication from Copper Coffee but at least I have what I ordered.

Having worked for a few months 4 units from the roasters my cup of morning blend became my "legal high" that got me through the day. Seeing up close the passion and hard work Simon and Matt put in just adds to the enjoyment of the coffee. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Bought a Wilfa Coffee Grinder on-line from Copper Coffee Roasters. An excellent grinder, well packaged and delivered very quickly, for a good price.

The best coffee in the UK but my subscription order from early September has not yet arrived. I have tried contacting the business, after about a month waiting, they have resolved the issue for me.
