Bruce's take excellent car of my dog Moose and I couldn't be happier!

Wonderful service with great staff that take the utmost care with my dogs, they love going and seeing their happy faces each week makes me feel assured they are in the right place

Our dog Jasper has been going to Bruce’s since he was a puppy. We couldn’t be happier. He loves his time there. In the morning when the bus arrives, he cannot contain his excitement.

The staff are so nice and treat him so well. Kristie is on our route and she is lovely. Always cheery and is pleased to see Japser.

The communication is also brilliant and reassuring. If anything changes, delays due to traffic, or if there something being updated, this is shared in a clear and timely manner.

Their approach to the hot weather has shown a comprehensive and complete understanding of dog welfare. Adaptions to timings, activities, and their general day time routine are all adapted appropriately.

As you can tell, we love Bruce’s! Thank you to the team at Wellington. We are thankful for that you continue to do for Jasper when he is in your care.

Our puppy is a rescue and used to be terrified of getting in the car. now she practically jumps in, because she knows the other end means a day of fun at Bruce Day Care. In just a month, she’s completely come out of her shell.

She adores the staff, and you can see it the moment she sees Bruce car coming in, she runs straight to them, tail going, clearly thrilled to see them. And the best part is what happens when she gets home: she’s happy tired, the good kind of tired, and goes straight to sleep, which tells you she’s had a proper, fulfilling day.

Bruce picking her up and dropping her off is such a great help to my day. And having visited the place myself, it’s easy to see why she is so happy. It’s full of fun and genuine mental stimulation, not just running around, the staff clearly know what they’re doing and love dogs and there’s so much space to play. Honestly, there’s nothing else like it in the West Midlands.

Moose loves going to Bruce's. We tell her it's a Bruce's day and she sits by the window waiting. When she comes home she is tired but happy and flakes out for a sleep. She misses weeks when she cant go. The organisation/admin is really good and the service very reliable. Staff are lovely

Super friendly staff who really care

I cannot recommend Bruce’s Cobham highly enough! They have been absolutely wonderful with my darling Monty since he joined in April and especially this month while his poor paw has been hurt. 🐾❤️

His lovely chauffeur Abi, along with Josh and Joanna at doggy care centre, have all gone above and beyond; constantly checking in on both Monty and me, keeping us reassured, moving days swiftly to help with his recovery and making him feel so loved and cared for. thank you for making this so smooth for us

They’re far more than a doggy day-care team; they have truly become Monty’s extended family. Knowing he is surrounded by people who genuinely adore him means the world to me. Thank you all for being sooooooo wonderful! 🥰🐶

Over 6+ months of sending Winston to Bruce's twice weekly, I could not be happier with their work and service levels.

The team have been absolutely brilliant and so super helpful. If I make a mistake with booking or have some other (generally rare) issue, they go out of their way to rectify it swiftly and always communicating clearly.

Also the doggy bus is always on time and Winston is so super excited to go, he stares out of the window waiting for it to appear and then goes crazy when it does. He absolutely loves his time there and it's made him so much calmer around other dogs at home/on walks.

Always assured they care and want the best for the pooches.

My greyhound has received above expectation care while at Bruce’s Wellington park. His bus driver Lauren tells us about his day, giving information about his progress, which is backed up by what we see at home. When concerned prompt and appropriate action has been taken. Giving me great trust.
My dog is always excited to go to day care and he comes home tired from running and playing.

My dog Milo has been going to the the Surrey Hills day care for the last 8 months and he absolutely loves it! He is always waiting at the window looking out for his driver Rachel, even on the days he doesn't go. Rachel is the best, you can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after, Milo is always extremely excited to see her.

Berry clearly had a great time, no stress and home happily exhausted.

My pup has been going to Surrey Hills for a few months now, he seems very excited every time our fabulous driver Ruth arrives so big thanks to Ruth. Also shoutout to Rach who went out of her way to help me out with some dog sitting. Ruth and Rach give me the confidence that my pup is looked after.

Rachel who collects my dog is a genuinely friendly person. She is always prompt or sends a message to let me know. Tommy is always happy to see her and Rachel keeps an eye on him when he isn’t well even though Tommy is in another area. Rachel even helped me out one evening by keeping Tommy until I got home.
Can’t rate Rachel and Bruce’s day care high enough

Our dog Alfie has been going to Bruce’s for a year and half now since he was a puppy, and he absolutely loves it! The staff are all so kind and caring, and he adores his driver Rachel! He always has the best time and can’t get out the door quick enough when his driver arrives. We would 100% recommend Bruce’s to anyone that asks!

So wonderful and kind to our dog Lola. Lola loves coming to Bruce’s and just adores playing with the other dogs but also loves the dog carers so much!! She gets so excited in the car when she knows we’ve arrived

We’ve been Bruce’s customers for years, and recently they’ve been so supportive of us in some tough times, employing flexibility, kindness and above all understanding and patience while we sorted out some complicated personal difficulties.

As always, the team are fantastic here at Surrey Hills, with particular mention going to Rachel, who consistently goes above and beyond. I’m not sure where you found her, but she embodies and promotes your company values better than any marketing or advertising ever could.

Sending my extremely anxious Chihuahua Frankie to Bruce’s for his first session was a big deal as he is an extremely anxious dog who only ever attached to me and really didn’t like other people so I was very anxious !

Within just a couple of sessions it became clear that Frankie was having the time of his tiny little chihuahuas life there. He would start wagging his tail and become ridiculously excited at just the mention of Bruce’s (he still does - now I called it Bruce’s school so my toddler also gets to tell Frankie happily that he gets to go have fun at school.) He knows exactly what the word means understood it meant YAAAAAAAAY FUN! He’s been going now for over six years!
What stood out to me straight away and what surprised me the most and still amazes me is that, as well as Frankie having fun with the other dogs, he was happy to see and be held by the Bruce’s staff.

In particular, Chris and Rachel in Tiny Town have built a truly special bond with Frankie over the years. He absolutely delights in seeing them (arguably even more than seeing me sometimes he gets soooooo excited). It’s genuinely crazy to me that there are two people who can hold Frankie, cuddle him, play with him, and comfort him (and get him to paint pictures and wear hats and all the hilarious things they do at Bruce’s for enrichment!). I love seeing the photos and Rachel even has a special nickname for Frankie which shows how much she clearly loves him and her job and I know she has often made little dog friendly Halloween / valentines treats for the doggies in her care (above and beyond!)

At the open day we went to (paw-chella I believe it’s now called) I saw Frankie run over to another staff member and Jane told us how much she loved Frankie and how cute he was etc which we really don’t ever (ever) hear ! He clearly loved her and was delighted to have scratchies and cuddles. So it was amazing to see Frankie so loved and spoken so fondly of by Jane. Later on, when we went over to the paw-painting station, we were ready to warn people not to pet him again, but luckily it was Chris and Rachel running it!

As soon as Frankie saw them, he was wagging his tail, bending in half and wiggling into them (which he only does when he’s reeeaalllyyyyy excited), and once again let them both pick him up and cuddle him and make a proper fuss of him. I had never seen that in almost six years of having Frankie.

Frankie is also very scared of thunder and lightning, so it brings me real comfort to know he can cuddle with Chris or Rachel when he’s frightened, and that there’s a little indoor house at Bruce’s where he can go if he wants to feel safe (or if it’s pouring like it so often is in England ! But I love seeing Frankie come home with some mud on him as it means he’s been running around having the zoomies with all his mates in tiny town!

Our family dog Oscar also went to Bruce’s before Frankie started and they went for the same time for a bit. When Oscar unexpectedly passed away, we received comments and a card from the Bruce’s team. That really meant a lot because Oscar was so special to us. It was such a personal touch and it made a very sad time a little more bearable.

When I was heavily pregnant just over three years ago and was having car trouble, a member of the team let me wait in the office even though it was past closing time (and I’m sure they wanted to just go home!) and made sure that I had got in the car with my ride home before they left and that’s something. I also always remember and I’m so grateful for that. Every staff member that now sees my son come with me (he’s three now) will also take the time to remark on how big he’s got etc which adds to the lovely atmosphere there.

Oscar had the most wonderful time at Bruce’s. He was the complete opposite of Frankie the weirdo chihuahua Bichon Frise, super happy and friendly and he would let anyone cuddle him. So we’ve had two completely different dogs go there one who would always literally be seen as untouchable by most adults and both had the absolute best time at Bruce’s.

I cannot speak highly enough of Bruce’s - the bond they’ve created with Frankie is something no other adult has ever managed.

Friendly and caring staff with lots of enrichment. My puppy loves going there!

It's clear our dog loves going there - he looks forward to the bus arriving three days a week and, having visited Bruce's, it's clear the staff are committed to looking after the dogs. He's being going there for three years now and no reason to think of going anywhere else!
