Had a query with an order and a missed discount code and rang the company. Unhelpful, borderline rude would be an understatement! Given how competitive the online shopping market is, what sets you apart from your competitors is customer service and this company has none. Spend your money elsewhere, I certainly will in future.

Hi Maxine, you phoned us at lunchtime today to say that you had forgot to enter a discount code at checkout on your order placed last night, and wanted a refund for the code that wasn't used, we tried to explain that the order had been processed and posted, but you were welcome to return the vest, and we would then refund you. You then hung up on us saying that we weren't being very helpful......
Our reviews are ALL 5 star and we try to remain helpful and polite even though it is not what the client wants to hear.
If you wish to return your vest once you have received it, please do so and we will refund you

Not only were they were incredibly quick to respond, but they also custom made me two leads and had the website updated so that I could order them. Cannot recommend enough
I've bought from them a number of times and they are super kind and helpful, this time accidentally the wrong lead was sent and they sent a new one pretty much straight away and were so helpful in getting the other returned as I don't have evri where I live. I follow along their Instagram account and it's just the most supportive business in the gundog world, I'll be ordering a training vest soon, and I'm sure more of their beautiful dummies!
