Earlier in the year I bought a super automatic coffee machine (Delonghi). I had tried a various selection of roasted beans from various places which were ok but none quite hit the spot, until I got to the Copper Coffee beans, I knew instantly this was the perfect blend for me, whether it’s a Doppio+, a black coffee or milky latte, it tastes perfect each time. Highly recommended Columbia Excelso & House blend, I don’t go anywhere else for my fresh beans now.

Incredibly tasty coffee. We ordered the Ethiopian beans and they are full flavoured and a medium roast so not bitter, there is a comforting softness.

Good Service, excellent product

My coffee is fantastic, and it was delivered to my doorstep. Both of those things are greatly appreciated as I am recovering from surgery and not getting out of the house much. I really love the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot - it makes my day!

Order arrived promptly. The Ethiopian Limu is lovely - haven't got to the Rwanda bag yet, but expectations are high. Just one note is that there is a lot of chaff in the Ethiopian bag, but it doesn't seem to affect what's in the cup.

Absolutely delighted with my experience! Delivery is always fast and on time, and the coffee beans are excellent value with such a wide variety to choose from. The pricing is very fair for the quality you get. I'd be thrilled if even more unique options were added in the future, such as Lychee Fermentation, Wine Barrel Aged, Experimental, or Flavored Processing coffees - I'd definitely give them a try!

I asked a question about the coffee type needed for my cafetiere. They answered quite quickly. I oredered the clubhouse which is delicious and helping a good cause.

Delicious coffee - arrived next day - and well packaged. Good to find a decaf that is full of taste.

Unfortunately, an item in my recent order from Copper Coffee Roasters arrived damaged. While they initially agreed to send a replacement, it has yet to reach me, and my subsequent attempts to get an update have gone unanswered. This lack of follow-through and communication is disappointing.

We buy our beans regularly and love your coffee. Lady on a Sunday is so lovely and makes the best flat white!

This coffee is terrible

Ordered whole beans for delivery to Belfast which took around 2 weeks to arrive. Company were having difficulties with their courier which I understand can happen. Coffee itself was nice and good quality. Coppers offered a free bag of coffee or a 50% discount off next order for inconvenience which was a nice touch. I asked for a free bag of different coffee just to try something else. I haven't heard anything back now in 2 weeks which is disappointing.

Possibly this is just an issue for Belfast based clients but I will probably order beans for my coffee machine from elsewhere. That said, the coffee is good.
