45 year-old woman experiencing hormonal crisis
I’m a 45-year-old woman in perimenopause who has also recently gone through a hormonal crisis. I have severe night sweats and ordered these pajamas to help. They took longer than I would have like to arrive and the pants fit in a very odd way being too high in the front. In the meantime, I ordered a pair that is half the price off of Amazon from another company and they are actually much better quality, they fit better, and they’re softer. I am trying to return them and the return process is cumbersome as well it seems. I need to return each piece separately and then get a restocking fee as well as have to pay for the return. This is not a good customer experience.

I’m not sure which corporation the company sold out to but the website is hard to navigate, intentionally confusing, pushing more items as I’m just trying to verify my order and pay for the items I want. It went from being a company with a good product and a straightforward checkout process to a greedy mess. I won’t be back. I spoke to the friend who originally suggested me to the site years ago and she feels the same way. Gaining profits and losing customers.

I ordered some pajamas for a relative. They apparently were ‘close-out’ which meant they could not be returned. I did not ‘read’ that anywhere. I tried returning but was unable to; I sent a request asking for help and was offered to ‘see what they could do’. Well, I would have expected more or better. Buyer beware. Check the return policy whenever buying from this site.

Beware of sizing changes!
I ordered sale items in the size I always buy, but somehow the sizing changed and the items are too small. The website says I cannot return them due to being sale items. I ordered these items in good faith but am now stuck with stuff I cannot wear!!
